"Had a wonderful time at Ruth's Chris Steak House with my husband. We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Didn't say anything to the waiter about it until we had our dessert. He came back with a tray of 4 cupcakes and a Happy Anniversary card for $20 off the next time we dine in. The room was noisy when we got there at 8:30 pm, but by the time we were enjoying our dessert the room was ours alone. A perfect way to end our evening!"

"I was celebrating my anniversary with my fiance and we chose Ruth Chris because we had our very first anniversary here. When we got seated, there were rose petals adorning the table cloth and they gave us complimentary champagne right away. It was a nice way to start off the evening. The service was great and they really took good care of us. We had two waiters who constantly checked up on us and the food. My favorite was the escargot with parmesan crust on top! They gave us complimentary chocolate cupcakes for dessert. Overall, their food was wonderful and service was excellent."

"we were going to the symphony and our waiter was very efficient without rushing us. Steak was of course exquisite and the 5 PM to 6 PM dinner offer was a great value.
Only negative - one of the hostesses - Amy - contrary to how everyone else was dressed, was in jeans (turquoise) and boots and just very sloppy looking. Such a surprise."

"Very quick to seat us, without wait on a Friday night. Graciuosly accommodated our party's request to be reseated when initially in a high traffic area right off the kitchen. It did take a little while between courses, but the quality of the food made up for it. There was also a large party in the same room which may of had some affect. Had dined here in the past, but this experience and food qualitu was considerably better than previous. Will not hesitate to visit next time I am in town."

"The bar area was too cramped. 12 people made it overflow.

Our server was great. We have dined on many occasions in the Baton Rouge location(T.J.Moran's place). The Honolulu place needs to be more like that place. I think they have too many tables in the area."

"I always enjoy going to Ruth's Chris. It's my favorite place to eat when I want steak. This last visit, I brought friends and family who had never experienced Ruth's Chris. Everyone was in agreement that the food and service were great. For those who ate steak, it was agreed this was the best steak they'd eaten."

"We always enjoy the early bird special for $39.95 however this last visit the price increased to $42.95. Not much of an increase but it would be nice if they offered more options for the side portions that are included with the meal. The only potato available is mashed and that gets boring after a while. Also some of the steaks were not cooked to the desired temperature (over cooked). Not sure if we will go back, maybe we will try their Waikiki location next time."

"Celebrated our mutual birthdays here and were treated superbly--from the orchids on the table to the complimentary champage to the flaming strawberries to finish the meal. Very much felt the "aloha" spirit and enjoyed the food which was cooked to perfection. I would come here again and would definitely share this info with others."
