  • "We always visit Ruth's Chris when we stay at Harrah's in Las Vegas. Service is always professional and outstanding. Food quality is exceptional. I don't know what they put in their Cosmopolitan martinis but they are the best anywhere. Pricey for sure so not your every day restaurant but for a special occasion or just to indulge it can't be beat."

The service was excellent and the waiter was very friendly and personable. The food was outstanding and right in the proce range for such an upscale restaurant. They went right back up to the top of my list for high end steak restaurants. "

  • "From the moment we arrived until we regretfully left Ruth's Chris, our experience was made all the more memorable by the attention of Ms. Soo Yon. She has a light-hearted sense of humor, she was attentive, VERY knowledgeable, and when she learned the reason for our celebration (I'm a cancer survivor) she hugged me a couple of times, which was the highlight of our dinner. We haven't been treated so well in years in our fine dining selections. The visit was my husband's first at a Ruth's Chris (I've enjoyed your Palm Springs location a number of time), and his filet mignon was absolutely perfect. Making a good first impression is so critical and this company nails it. Thank you again for an amazing experience."

  • "You will indeed WAIT for it. We had a 6:45 reservation and we WAITed and WAITed and WAITed. It wasn't until I finally complained to the manager and 45 minutes after our reservation time did we even get seated. We were 45 minutes late to our Cirque " O " show tht we had paid over $150.00 for each ticket. I am extremely dissapointed as it was also our anniversary and our reason for going to Vegas. Make plans for lots of WAITing time here."

The most notable part of our dining experience was the exceptional service provided by our server, Tina. Tina was attentive, warm, and friendly. We will definitely be back!"

  • "The menu is quite pricey, and everything is a la carte, but the four of us thoroughly enjoyed it. The vegetable sides are big enough to share with at least 2-3 people. The filet was the best we had ever eaten, prepared just right. The other entrees--barbecued shrimp and crab cakes--were great, too. For dessert, we shared the bread pudding, which was delicious and more than enough for two. Our waiter, Jeff, was very professional and efficient, but also friendly and personable. All the wait staff were top notch. This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we immediately saw that we were not dressed very well to fit the atmosphere, in shorts and jeans, but we were made to feel welcome."

  • "Service was very good, but once a larger party arrived it was apparent they knew where the larger tip was coming from vs. our table for two. Food was mediocre and did not justify the price. Twelve dollar bottle of wine from home was listed for seventy-five dollars. Very nice ambiance and setting. Did not live up to my memories of the Ruth Chris in San Diego. Lots of other more reasonably priced restaurants with better food in Las Vegas."

  • "First of all. I made the reservation for 6 from my "opentable' spp. I arrived on time and we were seated promptly. The staff were great and the meal was excellent. I had the barbecue shrimp appetizer, and the Cowboy steak. The rest of the group also enjoyed their meal even our fish only friend, who ordered the salmon ans was blown away. Ruth"s Chris is one of the best restaurants, period."

  • "We had an excellent dinner...once the steaks were delivered and prepared as ordered. The steaks were delicious. However, with this visit to Ruth's Chris, we came with 4 gift cards. It took our server and the cashier three attempts before we received accurate bills. We finally received the correct bill, then asked to speak with the manager. When she arrived, she simply thanked us "for our report", said our complaint was "noted" and thanked us for coming. She did not get it that we were very unhappy with the frustration of of needing to 'fight' so hard to get an accurate bill. So, since she made no attempt to make it right (dessert perhaps?) we will not return to that restaurant and will recommend to our friends that they not go there either."

  • "We had a party of 9 go to dinner. Everything was delicious, service was awesome and the noise level was minimum so that we could all talk. The server over heard that my birthday was coming up so he comped my dessert. I had the Salmon this time instead of Steak and it was delicious !"

  • "We like Ruth's Chris and go whenever possible in our travels. This particular location in Harrah's Hotel is not a corporate site but a franchised location. Therefore, they did not have some of our favorites we're used to seeing on the menu. We really like the Ruth's Chris Classics, namely the 3 course all-in-one meal, which they did not offer here. So, the food was excellent as always, service was superb but the menu choices made us wish we were at another of their locations. 4 out of 5 stars just because they didn't offer what we were looking forward to."

  • "This is twice in a row that the food prep has been the trouble. The restaurant is 1/4 full, food takes about 1 hour to arrive at the table and the meat is mixed up. mine is way over cooked and my wife"s is way under cooked. Sh orders a Blu cheese crust and the blu cheese is just placed on the steak in a clump. The waitress asked if we would like it redone but time has now become an issue. $200.00 bill is not worth the experience."

  • "It's a good thing that we don't live near a Ruth's Chris--we'd be broke! The food is consistently fantastic. We only ever try different sides because the filet is our absolute favorite; it's what keeps us coming back, it is heavenly deliciousness that melts in your mouth --so good that I found myself humming as I ate. The service was excellent, as always. The noise level was definitely on the "energetic" side but I guess that is what you'd expect in Las Vegas. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience."

  • "We booked for 7:00pm and requested a window table. Even though we had booked at least 6weeks early, we were not given a window table. We said we would wait for one. Finally we were still given a non window even though two window tables were empty. When we inquired as to why, we were told that they were reserved! I guess opentable reservations do not count!!!"

My wife and I shared a caesar salad, ravioli then had the Cowboy Ribeye bone-in steak - fabulous. The service was spot on and we can't wait to go back next time we are in Vegas. Well done!!!"

Also, I had a Ruth Chris gift card and had been told it could be used to cover the tip, as well as the meal, but the waiter said we could not use it for the tip."

Service was friendly and prompt but not 100% classy - nobody's plate should be cleared until whole party has finished eating. Bread mediocre. Good advice about number of sides to order. Not sure I like the very small plate for the meat as it makes eating a bit messy. Glad we went though."

  • "We have dined here several times before. Our experience this week was a disappointment across the board other than the food. It started as we were seated. We were called up and then asked to wait for the hostess - we waited several mins to where it became uncomfortable to be just standing there. We had made a reservation but were seated some distance away from the windows where we have been sat before with a reservation. There were tables that were opening up at the window. Then the server misheard and brought only one glass of wine when we asked for two glasses. They could have cared less if we were there. We were an afterthought."

  • "The Cowboy Ribeye was the best steak I ever ate. Great taste, spice and being served on a 500 degree plate was a nice touch. My wife had the 20 ounce Australian lobster tail, it was the size of a steak, and just as meaty. For a drink I had 2 Broad Street Hurricanes (I am a beer man by the way) Our sides were the garlic mashed potatoes and the creamed spinach, both very good.This restaurant is the ONLY reason to go to the Harrahs casino and hotel."
