Ruth's Chris Steak House - Harrah's Cherokee Casino & HotelAn enjoyable experienceFor the life of me I cannot remember the names of my waitstaff but they were awesome, professional, and did I mention awesome? My wife ordered tomato bisque soup, prime rib, mushroom caps, and a Long Island Iced Tea; and I had Lamb Chops, a loaded Baked Potato, and a Pino Noir from from Francis Ford Coppela's winery. Each of the proteins we ordered were cooked to perfection and the drinks were great. The food came out on time but the plate was VERY hot. The shoestring potaoes were of a good texture but once you take them out of their wire container they go all over the place. The food was absolutely delicious. I need to mention that our side item the potatoes augratin was not hot when we ate it, but it was soooo good we didn't bother to mention it. Yes, the food was pricey for the average consumer, but it was well worth the money. I mentioned we were celebrating my birthday and was offered a complimentary dessert choice. We chose the Creme Brulee and they added berries at our request. We didn't think we would be able to finish a dessert because of the meal, but it was so delicious and lite we ate the whole thing. Servers were knowledgeable and friendly. Food was great. The only issue I have had is when finished eating, I'm ready for my check so I can leave. Don't stay at the hotel or try the casino though. The hotel overbooks and you don't get the room you reserved.
