The steaks were cooked to everyone's specific requests, and the sides were great. When we dine at RC, each diner in our party gets to select a side with no interference from the rest of us. This time we had shoestring potatoes, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoe casserole, green beans, and creamed spinach. While all were delicious, the sweet potatoe casserole is not to be missed. The nut/brown sugar topping is fabulous.
The cream brulet is among the best we have ever eaten. Our waiter was attentive but not obtrusive. We appreciated his attention which was not over powering. I'm a huge steak fan but was a Catholic in the South during lent -- the Chillean Sea Bass was awesome!!

Food was delicious, as always. The four of us had filets with the chopped salad or soup of the day. Ordered sides of creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms.. Excellent and enough to share.Only issue was the wine list. The list is a book. We selected a bottle and ordered it in the bar before being seated. Bar tender came back and said they were out. Read book again and made another selection, which we liked. After being seated, we asked for 2nd bottle of what we got in the bar. Server came back and said now out of that one too. (he recommended another selection about $30 more in price) Manager came,apologized, then found bottle that was our 1st choice in bar!
