I've been to several private dining events and they have all been wonderful. On this occasion, which was a regular dinner for my wife and I, we met Anna, who is the Private Dining Coordinator and she was wonderful. Our waiter Dan was attentive and friendly, he even found a bottle of wine with our name on it. Throughout the meal I noticed the managers constantly checking the dining room to ensure everything was running smoothly. Food was very good and the table was decorated with rose petals...a very nice touch. Enjoyed very much.4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMnot sure if i'll ever go back..i love ruth chris' steak house. this one is in a great location. the bartenders are very friendly - i love to eat at the bar, and the service in the restaurant is usually impeccable, but not monday night. my husband and i went to celebrate my birthday. we arrived at 8:30 pm, the valet would not park our car. he watched us from the building as we pulled up and waited for him to come out. he never did.i parked my own car, and walked past him as i entered the building to enter the restaurant. no "good evening" or anything. when i spoke to the hostess, she told us we couldn't park our own car, that the valet had to. i explained what happened to her twice, before she apologized very quickly and took us to our table.4/22/2013 12:00:00 AMcecilia is the best servercecilia is the best server amazing food perfectly cooked4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMNIce birthday celebrationWe went for a birthday celebration and they thoughtfully let my daughter choose her birthday dessert on the house. That was a special touch. The decor and lighting is very nice and the service was great. The porterhouse was better last time, as this time it was a little fatty and more went to waste and for the price, $90 for a steak for two I felt it could have been a little better. It was still delicious though and I would go back for another special occasion. The sauteed spinach portion was hefty and delicious and the baked potato was huge and came with nice toppings. The appetizer of tomato and onion was just okay.
