When we got there, they had set aside a table with rose petals, anniversary glitters, and a personalized Happy Anniversary card from the staff. Great touch! Food was delicious and they met our special requests. Then they topped themselves with a personalized Happy Anniversary dessert. We really enjoyed the evening. Well I was very pleasantly surprised. Our waiter, Tony "The Tiger", was TERRIFIC!! One of the most lively, energetic, helpful and professional servers I've experienced in my 9 years living here - and I'm a "foodie" who's retired and go out for dinner 90+% of the time.
Food is the reason to go to Ruth's, and here the ambience was very good & when you add in the service we had, it all adds up to a wonderful dining experience. And one I'll go back for again - & soon. We were taken to our booth within minutes of arrival; the service was impeccable. We had steak and shared a side of sweet potato pie. Everything was great. Baked potato could have used a few more minutes in the oven. Too many children at an adult restaurant (actually only one was not perfectly behaved but it really only takes one.) Items suggested by waiter proved to be excellent choices -- spicy lobster appetizer and bread pudding dessert. Also, and this impressed me, when I made the reservations online, I requested a few things, Ruth Chris Steak house paid attention. Now, thats excellent service.

However our experience was everything we could hope for. Wonderful experience. Their chopped salad is so good! My dads 90 th birthday was enjoyed.. The manager Richard was so accommodating and willing to help with anything we needed.
