My fiance having worked in the industry as a hostess, she was incredibly particular when it came to the overall experience from the service to the ambience even at the lounge area. Entering the restaurant, you will right away notice the swagger of the people who dine here, especially in a posh environment. The food was incredible, perfect even, especially when it came to the filet and ribeye which my fiance and I had respectively. The beef was so tender when you cut into it and since we both got medium rare, the juices were quite bold. Even though I am a born and raised albertian and am proud of our beef products, my USDA prime bone in ribeye was excellent. The side dishes and apps were excellent.
