Especially our waiter Stephen. He was the most gracious and pleasant waiter we've had in a long time. When you see people enjoying their jobs, it somehow makes your mood better. Stephen did just that. It was his birthday celebration and the restaurant staff each acknowledged that. This is a great location near Verizon Center. We shared a calamaria appetizer which was very good. Then we moved on to the NY strip steaks. Cooked to perfection, very tender and just tasted great. Steak sauce would be an insult to this steak.

It's well worth the price of admission. This is my favorite restaurant so I may have a biased opinion. Waiters and waitresses are always professional and courteous and the food is always exquisite. The Ruth's Classics are probably the best bang for your buck. It's a three course meal for a very reasonable price. However, as a mother, I would take my toddlers here as the atmosphere was very friendly and tables are well spaced. If your young children love steak, they will enjoy this restaurant. The secret to RW is to go to just the $$$$ restaurants that you can't usually afford.
