Otherwise, they let you savor the flavor and not bother you that much. There were times our server disappeared on us, but I know that is how it goes with this restaurant. I appreciate that. Even with the prom crowd floating around, they still offered an incredible private dining experience. I've eaten at many RC's around the nation and our meal that night was THE best! (maybe because my wife was with me?) From the salads, to the steak and lobster to the apple pie for dessert....oh, and the sides! The sweet potatoe casserole could be a dessert! The mashed potatoes melted in your mouth like butter and the asparagus was cooked perfectly. As for as the steaks, what can one say other than perfection. Enjoyed the experience and the evening. I went to celebrate with a friend and treat her to dinner before she moved out of town. We had such a great time. The atmosphere, the food, and the service were all beyond my expectations. This was a special occasion (our 33rd anniversary) and we asked for a special table -- more private, etc. However, the staff at this restaurant had no idea and put us at a table in the center of the room next to a noisy child.
