I had never been to Cincinnati before so finding the restaurant and parking were confusing at first but as soon as I called them they took 20 minutes to help me find the place and where to park! Great customer service! Food was absolutely incredible and the waiters and hostess was absolutely great! It was our anniversary, and everyone from the person filling the water to the server to the manager wished us a happy one. The service was attentive without being intrusive, always a hard level to hit. My partner noticed that the server would wait a distance away until a lull in our conversation to ask us if we needed anything. When my partner put his jacket on (we were under an A/C vent), the server came up and tole him he'd see about adjusting the A/C down! - We weren't rushed from the bar to our table which we appreciated. We also weren't rushed to wrap up our meal which was nice as our guests are from Europe and really dislike that aspect of American dining.

We've been to Ruth's all around the country, and this one was as good, if not better. We also tried the Spicy Lobster and BBQ Shrimp apps...to die for!!! Service was on point too. We never had to ask for a single thing.
