"I have been facinated by the radio ads for years and finally gave it a try. the restaurant was very nice and the staff was first class. I enjoyed my first visit and will make it back one day to try it again. My comments to my date were exactly this on the way home, I expected the 8oz filet to be different, better than I could cook at home. I also ordered shrimp and was dissapointed. I can make them so tender and soft they seem like lobster and yours were like pre cooked that were reheated. So just for the record, I am explaining not complaining because you asked. We all know in this economy what a luxury it is to eat out and really expect to be WOWED!"

"Excellent evening for our 5th wedding anniversary. Only hitch was they sat us at the wrong table. The right table had rose pedals on it for my wife but it was not the one they sat us at. It wasn't for the next table patron either as that was just one lady who sat down 15 minutes later. So other than that it was overall excellent service and food."

"Our seating was in a little room upstairs and it had no atmosphere. It felt like you were put in a corner to eat when you were a little kid away from the adult table at Thanksgiving Dinner. For the cost of the food, this room should only be used for large parties 12 or more or meetings, not for a dinner for 2 or 4."

"Their steaks are massive, cooked perfectly and among the best I've ever had. Likewise, service and ambiance is top notch. We were on the balcony upstairs overlooking the whole restaurant, which made for a really unique dining experience. You definitely pay for this perfection to the tune of $40 per entree, but if you're looking to treat yourself or need a good place for a special occasion you can't go wrong with Ruth's Chris."

"When we placed our reservation, we stated that we were celebrating my husband's birthday. When we arrived at 7pm, the restaurant was only 1/4 full, yet they placed us at the only four-seater table in the pathway of the kitchen, therefore, we endoureded ALL of the foot traffic & the view of the kitchen & the ordering stations - definately a very poor placement of 2 people who were celebrating in a some-what empty eatery!!! Our Server, Joe, was unable to answer questions & never asked whether or not they sold coffee presses, like the one placed at our table, OR if we could obtain the recipe for a sauce that was served with our oysters! At the end of our dining experience, Joe spilled a water glass on our table & us!!!!"

"My husband and I were celebrating out 1st wedding anniversay. We had our reception here the year before 3/19/2011 so we decided to make it a yearly occurance. IT was FABULOUS!!! we happen to get the same server Tiffany, she was as great as she was at our reception. The event planner, Lori was there and came out as well as the manager. I can't say enough about the food (cheese and herb stuffed chicken.. yum, my husband had the bone in filet!) The food was great. You can't go wrong for a romantic dinner or a nice dinner with friends."
