Ruth's Chris Steak House - BuckheadEnjoyable dinnerMy wife's Filet was medium rare, perfectly cooked and outstanding. My bone in ribeye was more medium well than medium rare but the flavor was great. I'd probably order it rare next time because the hot plate cooks it too much. Sides, dessert and wine were all great. We were welcomed when we checked in by our last names and I was immediately told Happy Mother's Day which was very nice. On the way to the table the sweater asked questions about me and my family. I felt like that we meant a lot to them. We were seated and given our menus and told Karol would be our server. My whole family was treated like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Karol was an excellent server and his attention to detail was impeccable . The steaks are always prepared perfectly to order, the sides are great, the appetizers are excellent. It's too bad, however, that the taste of the food left much to be desired. Everyone had said how delicious the food was there, but we were all disappointed. We all agreed that Outback had more flavorful steaks and for more than half the price. I expected high quality service and food, yet it fell short on the food. We noticed something was wrong when two other tables had their steaks send back because it wasn't cooked correctly. Our steaks came and we encountered the same issue. The remainder of our food wasn't hot either. The waiter was excellent, and management was quick to correct any issues with that arised. There was only one steak choice on the menu tied to the promotion. It was overdone, tough and poor quality.
