Ruth's Chris Steak House - BuckheadMother's Day DinnerMy family likes to go the day before Mother's Day to celebrate. We chose Ruth's Chris this year. We were welcomed when we checked in by our last names and I was immediately told Happy Mother's Day which was very nice. On the way to the table the sweater asked questions about me and my family. I felt like that we meant a lot to them. We were seated and given our menus and told Karol would be our server. My whole family was treated like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Karol was an excellent server and his attention to detail was impeccable . The steaks are always prepared perfectly to order, the sides are great, the appetizers are excellent. I expected high quality service and food, yet it fell short on the food. We noticed something was wrong when two other tables had their steaks send back because it wasn't cooked correctly. Our steaks came and we encountered the same issue. The remainder of our food wasn't hot either. The waiter was excellent, and management was quick to correct any issues with that arised. There was only one steak choice on the menu tied to the promotion. It was overdone, tough and poor quality.
