  • "Enjoyed food and service..because I wanted to relax with And quiet I was a bit disappointed. Had a very hard day at work and it was also my husbands birthday I was seated around couple tables that had childred screaming or crying. Once they left we enjoyed ourselves. "

  • "A great experience but we were here before. Fortunate to get a table right by the window that offered great views of the Inner Harbor, Baltimore skyline, Harbor East, Canton, Port Covington---just about everything you would want to see. The food was great as well as the service. Our waitress was knowledgeable on the selections and gave us great service, anticipating our needs. "

  • "Rusty Scupper has the best Sunday Brunch in Baltimore. Great selection of quality food. The omelettes are amazing. Outsdanding seafood. The service is causual and friendly. The restaurant also has one of the best city views. I highly recommend this place specially for birthday, graduations or to take visitors from out of town. "

  • "I chose the restaurant for a relaxing brunch with a friend. My expectations were realized. The food and ambiance was excellent. The staffing and service was friendly and they made us feel so comfortable. The food variety was ideal for individual diets and the selective palate. Although, a bit crowded and occasionally the guest were too loud, I enjoyed myself. The jazz band added a festive touch."

  • "The table behind us was very loud! The wait at the omelet station was 40 min!"

  • "We arrived for a 7:45 reservation on a busy Saturday night. Our table was ready & waiting for us. We were seated facing the harbor! Glass panoramic view of the harbor was breathtaking. Joe, our server was outstanding! He made some great recommendations for wine pairings! We ordered from the raw bar. The grilled ahi tuna, king crab legs & BBQ cod. All well seasoned & highly recommended!"

  • "In town for one night and wanted to have a nice dinner on the harbor. The Rusty Scupper was perfect. Food was wonderful (Mahi and Rockfish/crab cake specials). Service was perfect - genuinely friendly and very attentive at just the right times without crossing the line into pushy or intrusive. Nice selection of wines. Prices were 'special occasion' for us but quite in line with the quality and location. Will definitely go back when in the area."

  • "The food was good, but the service was outstanding. I was seated promptly at a nice table with a view, and my server never missed a beat. I had the Rockfish Piccata, and it was good, but seemed a little overcooked. I will return when I am back in Baltimore."

  • "We sat at a window overlooking the harbor. That was only the beginning. Our server was outstanding. She was excited about giving us recommendations and even though she was extremely busy she was very attentive and personalize our experience. I must say the red pepper almond butter was out of this world!"

  • "We went here last summer and really enjoyed the food and service. We were very excited to go again this spring while visiting Baltimore but were a little bit disappointed. The food was okay but not great. The service started out really well but then our server seemed to get distracted with the person he was training."

  • "The view is spectacular. Food was good, but not great. Service was a little rushed."
    Dined on 4/5/2014
  • "The food was good, a tad above mediocre, not great. The prices were ridiculously expensive for what you get. The view of the inner harbor is fantastic from almost every seat in the restaurant, so i guess you pay for the view not the food. The noise level was very high, mostly because it is a large open dining room. This is basically a family restaurant but not with family-friendly prices. Also, when you enter the parking area there are signs for restaurant parking and a sign saying they will validate parking. However, the validation is really only a discount, so you still pay for parking. Not right that after spending $50 or more person at the restaurant they still charge you $6 for parking."

  • "Had dinner here recently on a Friday evening. We had a reservation and we were seated right away in an area with a wonderful view of the harbor. Our server was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The Caesar salad was fresh and delicious. I ordered the rockfish for my entree. I was trying to decide between the swordfish and the rockfish. The server explained the difference between the two and recommended the rockfish for me because I prefer my fish moist and flaky. It came with some wonderful wild rice and asparagus. Everything was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious."

  • "I so enjoyed myself at the Sunday Jazz Brunch. I am originally from New York and can't wait to invite family and friends to join me."

  • "Excellent service from beginning to end, delicious food, nicely appointed, & beautiful view. I would highly recommend for any occasion. One recommendation. Notify at reservation (both online & in-person ) that the restaurant offers transportation from local hotels. This is a excellent service we were not made aware of until leaving for the evening. This was the only negative on the evening as we utilized public transportation from a local hotel which took a long time."

  • "Good view of the harbor. Service was fair. Three times, our waitperson forgot to handle a request."

  • "Food was excellent with the exception of the green beans which were notably under cooked. Staff were super and had the view and table we asked for. If their was a downside it was we enjoy a leasure meal . We felt we were being rushed by the waiter to complete the course and move on."

  • "We had a marginal experience first time around. I emailed the GM not for any special treatment but just to express my thought after our first trip to the restaurant. The GM Ed Prutzer emailed me right away and also called me and wanted to get some information on what happened. I had a very nice phone call with Mr. Prutzer and before he hung up he asked me for my address he wanted to send my wife and I something. Later that week we received a gift certificate. My email wasn't in anyway written looking for this. I can tell that customer service is important to Mr. Prutzer and that goes a long way with me. My wife and I went back a second time unannounced and had an outstanding experience. I would recommend it to anyone."

  • "I would love to give this an overall rating of "outstanding", but we got off to a bit of a slow start when it took approximately 20 minutes for our garden salads to arrive (and the restaurant was at 10% seating capacity). After that, everything was perfect!"
