Caviar and blinis with their own flavored vodka, how can it get any better? They have an extensive list of house made flavored vodkas that are not like anything you will find in the local liquor store. The chicken Kiev is my husband's addiction, mine is the beef stroganoff. I am sure everything else is good, but these two dishes are so good we never manage to order anything else!

The beginning of the meal was excellent, the service was very good. But then our waiter forgot about us. All the plates were left on the table. We had to ask another waiter for the dessert menu. We sat for a long time before we received the check.
But the food was very good.

Went to see Jersey Boys and made reservations to go dinner before the show. Totally excellent service, all the wait staff were friendly and helpful. The Vodka Martini's were out of this world. A real old-school kind of establishment with live piano music that hearkens back to a by-gone era. The caviar and salmon was to die for.

In my first trip to NYC, my friend insisted that we eat and drink here. The house infused vodkas were amazing. I knew the food to be authentic as 3 of the 4 surrounding tables were all speaking Russian. A wonderful, cozy, exciting experience!

Delicious Russian food served by an attentive but not intrusive staff. Everything we had was excellent -- the duck was the star, but all the dishes (Chicken Kiev, a trio of stuffed cabbage, pepper and potato (wait -- maybe that was the star) and a seafood blini (ou, oh, maybe that was the star) were better than anticipated. The caviar was, of course, wonderful -- and surprisingly inexpensive. The lively music and clapping crowd (surprisingly to me -- I tend to prefer quiet) added to the fun.

When you go to a Russian restaurant, its always nice to hear Russian being spoken by other patrons. Every bite of the meal was delicious! The piano player and singer were a nice addition and the infused vodkas were to die for!
