"Great evening with a friend visiting from out of town. Rumors offers a relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful setting. It's located in the center of vibrant East Nashville. If the weather is nice, the patio is the place to be. The service is generally very good there but the night we were there it was a bit slow due to a party. They may not have anticipated a busy Wednesday night dinner crowd and were under staffed. It was not a problem, however. We had a delightful visit with our friend."

"The outdoor dining is great. My boyfriend and I both orddered the pork loin, and the blue cheese sauce on top was terrific. There are many wine choices as well. I would definitely reccommend Rumours East."

"We are from NC and decided to take a long weekend vacation to Nashville. I friend of ours who lives in Nashville recommended Rumours East. This was our kind of place. Romantic, eclectic, great wine list and excellent food! We will definitely go back the next time we are in Nashville."

"We had a reservation but still had to wait at a cramped table in the bar for a long time-- maybe 30-40 minutes. The management was super-nice and sent us a free cheese plate, which was great, but still not ideal. The menu seemed limited to me. We ended up ordering a variety of appetizers rather than the main courses. It also seemed overpriced.
