A word from Rumblefish Sushi
In 2010, Rumble Fish Sushi has opened its door with a pride of serving the highest quality of sushi, creative fusion-inspired rolls and Japanese/Korean dishes to the neighborhood of North Seattle Area. At Rumble Fish Sushi, you can come with your family and friends to enjoy great food, fabulous drinks, and elegant ambience - all at super-reasonable prices and without having to drive to Seattle or Bellevue! We like to take sushi and rolls to another level by putting creativity and mastery together – be sure to try Yummy roll, Godzilla roll and so much more. Our cozy semi-private booths offer an intimate setting for you and your guest. Rumble Fish is the best place to get together with your friends at the full bar with our wide screen TVs for a game night or private rooms to bring a big group in for birthday parties. We are located on Hwy 99 across in Shoreline, Washington. Come with 'rumble' in your tummy and leave happy!

It was quiet, not very busy. Nice table with semi-private feel. Ambience is OK. Sushi was good, other hot dishes were servicable. Nice option for northenders who don't want to go into Seattle for sushi...since we live in town with lots of options, we probably won't go out of our way to return. Pleasant experience, but nothing special.

They had the best miso soup I have had hands down. Beyond that the batter they use on tempura shrimp was unique and delicious and they had a great selection of Japanese beers, which you don't often see, even in Japanese restaurants.

one of the best Sushi experiences I have had. The portions were very sizable. I went for my birthday dinner and the waitstaff were very helpful. Their birthday special you are allowed to pick one of their special rolls. Everything is made with such great detail to attention. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

  • Great local sushi find!

Our first trip to Rumblefish and it was a very pleasant surprise. The sushi was beautifully presented and everything tasted fresh and high-grade. Friendly service. Only complaint was the slightly too loud Asian pop music that was playing throughout the restaurant. Very nice decor though not all diners may appreciate the big screens that showed the Mariner game on mute, but I did!

  • We had a coupon so decided

We had a coupon so decided to give Rumblefish a try. We usually go to Sushi Modo further North on Hwy 99. However, we will now be going to Rumblefish at least half the time! The sushi was excellent -- fish portions were generous and service was great. We came in the early evening due to another engagement, so the place was quiet. They have a very nice bar which I imagine gets busier later in the evening. This place has sushi at least as good or better than Sushi Modo and a more upscale atmosphere and bar. Price was about the same. It is worth checking out if you live in Shoreline/Edmonds/MLT/North Seattle area. The only slightly confusing thing is that Rumblefish uses the same entrance as the next-door high-end Korean BBQ place.

Food is amazing, service wonderful. If only the atmosphere were a bit more low key. Loud Asian pop music is not exactly the best mood setter.
