It's been many years since our last visit, it is now remodeled and has a beautiful, welcoming interior and nice art work. I really like the privacy the booths provide. I think the food has greatly improved - 8 oz. lobster is perfect for us, delicious! Jean is a very attentive waitress, great conversations with her.

Rudy's Hideaway service was exemplary and the food was fantastic. There was 12 of us along with a 1 yr old and they catered to all of us including our one yr. They have the best steaks and lobster in town not to mention the Kobi beef burgers and clam chowder to die for.

Despite a recent negative review in the Sac Bee, my wife and I enjoyed a our visit. We were seated without a wait, drinks were prepared well (a little bit of a wait), our steak (Porterhouse)and lobster (8oz)were well prepared and we enjoyed the evening made a bit better by an attentive "wait staff".

It had been awhile since dining at Rudy's, so there were many positive changes that we experienced. We visited on a weeknight and were thankful for the "Not so crowded" atmosphere. The food and service was great and the special anniversary photo and dessert was a welcomed surprise. We will difinately be returning, although we will not be waiting as long!

Enjoyed the Thursday night dinner special - One pound lobster for $15.95.
Nice decor, friendly staff and patrons. Our service was exceptional. We were celebrating a birthday with cake. Our three year old granddaughter pointed to a certain corner of the cake and told the waitress that that was the piece of the cake that she wanted. Sure enough when the cake slices were served, my granddaughter got exactly the piece of cake that she wanted. That waitress went above and beyond to keep us all happy!
