Ruby Pier and the Mad Hatter offer a unique and varied menu. The mission is simple; we provide fresh homemade products, using local ingredients wherever possible. We have a variety of fresh oysters that change daily and our hand-cut steaks are cooked to perfection. All menu items are cooked fresh before your eyes in our open concept kitchen. You can ask the chef about today's fresh catch or just take a look at what's on the grill. Of course, we're still a pub! We have a great selection of craft, domestic and imported beer. Our wine list is new and ever expanding. You can try reasonably priced great wines from Niagara VQA to old world greats.
