The sauces are delicious and complimentary (not overwhelming). The service is spot on. What can I say. I've eaten at nearly 500 restaurants in Vegas and this still stands out. Dined at 8 pm on a Friday and was half full with patrons. Got a blended wine which did great with the steak and lobster.
