We had crab cake for appetizer and Roy's original island ahi (medium rare) for the main dish. Their signature dish, the butter fish was declared outstanding by the husband. The beef short rib was very fatty. The restaurant did try and rectify it and the second piece was less fatty. Would not recommend ordering this which is why the food only got a good. The service was some of the best we have ever received and the food quality and presentation was flawless as well. The Ahi Poke and spare rib appetizers were amazing. The hawaiian martini was potent but delicious. I have been to happy hour in the bar several times. Great food, excellend service, not too loud. They were having a special with their pre-fixe dinner and we could order anything off the menu for the pre-fixe price. The food was fabulous and the service was outstanding!! We even had dessert and I must say everything was wonderful down to the last bite! :) We had family in from out of town and they were completely impressed by the cuisine.
