When we got there, our table they had set aside for us was still in use, and the people having dinner were taking forever to pay their bill (or "check" as they say here). The hostess seated us temporarily at the bar, and when they still weren't moving, she brought us complimentary glasses of champagne, all the while apologizing profusely.
The food is wonderful. I had the lamb bolognese, which is superb. The mussels for ap were fabulous - we had pork shoulder and the duck for entrees, both fabulous - and espresso creme brulee for dessert. Philly cheesesteak empanadas were flaky and piping hot. Everything was beautifully plated and had extra little touches, for instance the good sized Maine Diver Scallops entree included risotto cakes.
