Have come here 3-4 times, great
for before or after a show and delicious!"

We picked this place traveling out
of town sight unseen based on the name and the menu on OpenTable's app. Upon arrival the menu had changed and we were surprised. The food was good, just not what we had our hearts set on."
Dined on 7/4/2014
Food was delicious. Beers were
good. My girlfriend enjoyed her wine selection."

Went with a small group before
heading to the airport at the end of a week visiting a friend in Colorado Springs. The food was delicious. I got Duck (incredible), and we all shared the Philly Cheesesteak Emapanadas. We also ordered the chicken, steak, and scallops. Everything was wonderful, as was our server. The wine list was great, and our server was very knowledgeable of it."
Dined on 6/28/2014
Absolutely delicious! Shared a
Mahon cheese platter served with warm honey and almonds in addition to the prawn & pickled melon salad. Yum for both! For dinner I had the scallops w/ polenta cakes (cooked perfectly) and my husband had a bison bolenese--delicious & spicy. The real treat was finding an excellent wine at a relatively inexpensive price. We ordered the Owen Roe because the grape combination sounded good and because it was under $40 for the bottle. It was absolutely excellent! We loved it so much that I searched and searched for a local place to buy it the following day to no avail (but I did find a couple other wines from the same winemaker which were also excellent). I'd definitely go to Row 14 again!"

We often go to Row Fourteen before
a show at the DCT. They are very accommodating when you need to be finished by a certain time. The food selections are interesting. We usually just have appetizers and drinks. We love the fried brussel spouts."
Dined on 6/26/2014
The sauce was excellent. My
Bison arrived originally cool and undercooked but when corrected was delicious.over all good"

Below average service, average
food and overpriced menu sums it up."
Dined on 6/19/2014
One of the first restaurants we
went to when we moved to Denver and we continue to come back. One of the best wine bars in Denver."
Dined on 3/22/2014
Located in downtown Denver's
landmark Spire building, this friendly Wine Bar/Bistro is perfect for a quiet dinner for two or for catching up with out of town friends, as we did. The menu is limited but changes regularly to keep both the chefs and repeat customers happy. Oenophiles will enjoy Row 14 with its not over-long yet truly outstanding wine list and well educated wait staff, who will help you make the perfect selection to complement your food choices."
Dined on 6/11/2014
We had a lovely dinner. The food
is well prepared, attractive and it was delicious. The halibut was outstanding. The wine list is limiyed but a very good one. The service was very friendly. The experience over all was very good."
Dined on 6/9/2014
We dined here on a Thursday night
- menu was wonderful - the mussels were the tastiest I have ever eaten - and we are from the east coast! Excellent wine list - they were out of the one we selected - but our server gave us another one that was so good that I took a snap of the label to try to find it at home. A great gem of a place that is off the beaten touristy path of 16th street in Denver. Good prices too - a truly enjoyable evening."
Dined on 5/29/2014
Everything we ordered was very
good & the prices are reasonable. Service was attentive but not obtrusive. The restaurant is very pleasant & dining on the patio was fun too. "

We went for our anniversary and
had little information. We were pleasantly surprised by a delicious treat with a blazing hot steelhead trout dish and a flavorful veggie pasta dish. Portions were enough to feel full without glutinously stuffed. "
Dined on 6/6/2014
I made a reservation with Row 14
to surprise my husband for his birthday! They were very accommodating of our large group (12 of us) and provided exceptional service! It was the perfect surprise and my husband loved his food (he is fairly picky). I would highly recommend this restaurant for any special occassion or just a night out!"
Dined on 6/1/2014
Went here for an anniversary
dinner with our friends. Ambience is great! Love the Decor! Food was well plated and looked fun. Was very good. I had the scallops, husband had the bison bolognase and my friends had the duck and the steak. We all couldn't stop talking about how good it was!! Wine list has a bit of everything. Expensive and cheap ( which I appreciate 😜 ). Service could improve. We asked for more flatbread for our cheese plate three times before it came out. Hostess could cheer up a bit, she looked miserable. Overall good place. It was fun!"
Dined on 5/31/2014
Row 14 is very convenient for
dinner before or after a show at the DCPA. The cocktail and wine selections are very good and the food is excellent. The service is friendly and efficient, though I wish it had been easier to score a second glass of wine to have with the entree - the first glass only made it through appetizer and salad courses. Overall an excellent restaurant, however."
Dined on 5/30/2014
Sat out on the terrace with
friends visiting and catching up on life. We ordered from the dinner menu. All fresh & vibrant ingredients that left you feeling satisfied. Everything complimented each other. After my experience there I have recommended it for others to try while their stay here in Denver!"

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful
experience at Row 14. The only reason the I rated the food 3 stars was because my burger was not cooked medium rare, but instead well done. However, everything else on my Row 14 burger was great. I mentioned to our awesome server that the cooks didn't know what medium rare was when he checked in on us. I almost think he was more upset about it than I was. I wasn't too heart broken about it, but when the check arrived the burger was not charged. My boyfriend tried the new pork belly tacos on the menu and loved them. The only thing he thought could be better was if they had a bit more spice to them. Overall, we had a great time w/ excellent wine & excellent service! We will stop next time we are in Colorado"
Dined on 5/24/2014
Had two lovely meals here --- one
group lunch and a second, one-on-one lunch --- in two days. Excellent food, including a large selection of cheeses. Very convenient to the Colorado Convention Center!"
Dined on 5/21/2014
Service was quick, helpful and
friendly. Food was presented thoughtfully and good, although the salmon appetizer was a bit bland and halibut a touch over-cooked. While I would not generally order chicken at a restaurant like this, it was wonderful as was the couscous. Overall, enjoyable enough that I would recommend and try again."
Dined on 5/24/2014
Were surprised at finding such a
great place by accident. Good atmosphere with wonderful wait staff, nice selection of wines and cocktails. The Happy Hour was very good - $5 wines that were very good instead of ones you wouldn't want to drink as some places do it. There were also tasty food options on the Happy Hour menu. We went into the "dining room" area for dinner and had scallops and bison skirt steak. Delicious. A little higher priced than I want to spend too often, but similarly priced for comparable restaurants in downtown."
Dined on 5/23/2014
The food has gone downhill.
Portion sizes have shrunk while prices stayed the same; rubbery fishy muscles & Brussel sprouts went from bowl to barely a cup. And $10 for the Prawn & Melon salad that I had to peel the 2 shellfish myself leaving dead heads on the plate left the salad plate unappetizing to look at. The only thing good about our evening was the wine and our server Lauren was awesome while running the entire floor on a Thursday night. I'll only be back for the wine and Lauren's hard work. "
Dined on 5/22/2014
What a HUGE disappointment we
experienced Saturday night at Row 14 Bistro & Wine Bar. After waiting well over an hour for our entree, asking our waitress for the status at least three times and finally talking to the manager who was either unwilling or incapable of finding a solution, we walked out! We arrived in plenty of time, 90 minutes prior to when we wanted to leave. The cheese plate was good, the octopus and clam appetizer a bit on the dry side, the wine delightful, but certainly the service in this restaurant was far below acceptable. While Row 14 is convenient to the Performing Arts complex, it will not be part of a future evening out for us!"
Dined on 5/17/2014
Great menu choices, with tasty
(and beautiful) presentations. Attentive, professional staff. Thoroughly enjoyable and definitely memorable."
Dined on 5/17/2014
I ate here recently and was very
pleased. The server Richard was the best! He was very friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about all the wines. I ordered the 'sparkling flights' and loved them all. We started our lunch with the delicious Philly Cheesesteak empanadas! I'd never had empanadas like this and was very happy with them. I ordered the row 14 burger, it was cooked perfectly. My sister-in-law had the short rib sandwich. This had a great flavor, but was a little dry. I still rate this as 4 stars because only one item wasn't perfect, and the service was GREAT!! I will definitely return!"
Dined on 5/8/2014
We only had a light meal, no one
ordered an entre, so I can't really say much about the food, but the salads were good!"
Dined on 5/14/2014
The Mother's Day Buffet at Row 14
was delicious. My family joined me for Brunch that was reasonably priced and a great variety of food options. The bourbon French toast was great. Row 14 makes you feel like a "regular.""
Dined on 5/11/2014
I loved the scallops with polenta
cakes and a bed of kale. The flavors were wonderful and the scallops were perfectly prepared. Dessert was good but not fabulous. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that one can sit inside but with the wall of windows open to lots of fresh air and can quickly be closed when it turns cool. The wine specials before 6 pm are a great deal and my wine was perfect with my meal. I would definitely go back again. Plus their coffee was very good."
Dined on 5/7/2014
We chose Row 14 because it was
very convenient to the Theater District and had good reviews. We were very pleased with the service, the ambience and the food. I had bison sauce over pasta, my wife had salmon. Both were very good. We each had wine by the glass. The wine selection was nice and both our wines were excellent as promised by our waiter. We will come back again."
Dined on 5/10/2014
Our waiter, Louis, was beyond
outstanding. He pointed us to all of the right foods and wines. EVERYTHING we had was delicious. We brought our kids with us and they too enjoyed the whole meal. We will definitely go back!!"
Dined on 5/9/2014
Excellent option for dinner before
a show at the performing arts center. Service is very good. Location could not be better. You can go there assured that you will make your show on time. The wine list is very good. They are very careful at picking very good wines. The food is good to very good. Dessert really stand out this time around. "
Dined on 5/3/2014
This was an unexpected surprise!
Just looking for a place close to the theatre for a bite! That bite turned into great cocktails, great service, great food! AND we got valet parking and left our car until after the show. I'll be back!"
Dined on 5/3/2014
In town for a conference at the
Convention Center. Great food and location."
Dined on 4/28/2014
The service at Row 14 is
fantastic...however the food is mediocre at best. My boyfriend had the combo ribs - pork & bison. One was very fatty - almost to the point that it looked so bad I'm surprised anyone would even attempt to eat it. I had the scallops...which were good but the polenta cakes were dry & tasteless. Unfortunately we will not be returning. A shame really, as the location is great for the theater. "
Dined on 4/26/2014
Everything about the restaurant
was wonderful including parking right next door except I thought the prices were a little high."
Dined on 4/25/2014
Met up with an old college
friend--great location--great food and a very accommodating waiter. He surpassed all our expectations with his service, even with special dietary needs (celiac disease) and so did the food!!"
Dined on 4/19/2014
We have eaten there several times.
Usually, when we are going to the theatre as it is so close. Compared to the Four Seasons "Edge" Resturant and the Oceanaire -- it is reasonbably prices and has a an upscale atmosphere that exceeds its prices. Plus the service was great -- they divided an Artic Char entree for two people -- very nice."
Dined on 4/19/2014
Party of 12. Limited time since
we needed to make an early show at DCPA. Food was delicious (highly recommend the bison bolognese). Extensive wine list. Top notch service! It's not always easy dining out with a big group. But our server took such great care of us. Cheers to him"
Dined on 4/17/2014
We have eaten at Row 14 several
times before the theater and again this was just what we were looking for. A great bottle of wine and a parade of appetizers. Perfect way to start the evening. To top it off, our server was always available but never pushy; what a great combination."
