My husband and are semi-regulars at Rover's. We really value going to a small place where we get to chat with the chef. In French, no less! (I usually only understand 95% of the conversation!) Feeling a connection to the chef and staff adds value to the experience and makes us want to support them even more.
Try out Rover's for the full set menu or a couple of tidbits, either way you will want to come back and visit again.

When my app. arrived, it wasn't what I had ordered. That's ok, mistakes are made. However, no one, not my waiter nor the sommelier who was helping us, ever bothered to apologize. I had to wait for my food while my companion's sat there getting cold. At a place with type of reputation, I would definitely expect more. I will not be returning.
