We have made last minute Open Table reservations on week nights, and these have extra special. Because they are not over-run with diners, the noise level is manageable. Regardless of how busy it is, Route 6 servers are always great. Try the lobster role and crab deviled eggs. They are the best.5/15/2013 12:00:00 AMI'm stuck in a good rut at Route 6I'm been to Route 6 at least a dozen times and I always order the same thing and it's a shame because there are so many other great apps and entrees. I'm a raw bar nut so I always start with a dozen clams or oysters and I just can't pass up the Lobster Roll for my entree.
I did it again on Wednesday evening.
Maybe next time.

We were in a rush and had special requests on top of it. The staff could not have been more professional, friendly and supportive. I ordered the Crab Benedict but it was not hot enough so I asked the waiter if I could have it heated some more. Rather than reheat it, the waiter brought me a whole new meal and the manager apologized (not necessary!) and sent out scones on the house. I thought that was very classy and I appreciated their desire to make it all right. Prices felt fair and although it was prime time on a Saturday night, the staff was on top of everything. The main room was a bit loud but nothing that disturbed our meal. There is another room which seemed more quiet. The only other criticism, which is no fault of the restaurant, would be that some people had brought young children which felt a bit inappropriate.
