"We had a fabulous dining experience at Rouge after reading about it on Open Table. It is in a strip mall setting but when you step inside, you feel like you are in a trendy urban restaurant. Sitting on the deck and watching the boats was an added treat. All courses were terrific with flavors in perfect balance. Staff accommodated our child with a simple salmon preparation. I gave the service a "fair" only because they were somewhat impassive. However timing and attention during the meal were perfectly appropriate."

"Rouge has a lot to offer, but it is up to the diner to draw it out. We had a wonderful dinner, loved the food, loved the setting, but for a while it was as if we had to work hard to make it all happen. Sometimes, in Miami, it is like that.
In the end, we were very happy, had a nice chat with Alex (owner) and members of his team afterwards, and promised to return. We will do that, very soon, and can recommend that you visit this new location for Rouge. Relax, eat, drink, enjoy."

"The restaurant is beautiful and the food was good. The bartender was great, outgoing and knew how to make a good drink. The waiter was definetly not ready for a group of 12. he was nervous, argued when we ordred our food. We kept expalining that everything we ordered would go in the middle of the table and be shared and he could not understand that and kept arguing. Other than that the place is great."
