A rebirth of the social club, Rose. Rabbit. Lie. is a modern twist on clubs of the night - a truly communal venue, where the experience lies not only with the power of production, but within the excitement of improvisation. The result is a new genre that blurs the lines between restaurant, bar, club and show to create a grand social experiment; one that arrives in spontaneous moments throughout the evening. This new venue delivers an unexpected mash-up featuring world-class partner Coastal Luxury Management, curating food and beverage, and entertainment partner Spiegelworld, creators of Vegas Nocturne.

Diner Reviews
  • "The food was fantastic. The service was great! I eat at a lot of restaurants like this in the LA area (minus the entertainment) and have to say this is by far the best restaurant I have been to in awhile in terms of food and service. Not pretentious at all - from the moment you check-in they treat you like a well-deserved guest. It was a special occasion for a special lady about to get hitched...so the tap dancing and ballet performers on our table was an extra treat! Heavenly egg, oysters, short rib bone marrow, caviar tacos . . . so much goodness! The decor was fabulous - it's how I want to live my life. My favorite painting - the Garden of Earthly Delights was also there!!! Rose.Rabbit.Lie. will definitely bring me back to Las Vegas!"

  • "Rose. Rabbit. Lie. was a breath of fresh air. As a foodie and former fine dining server / bartender, I am frequently disappointed that in Vegas many of the most delicious establishments leave so much to be desired in the form of service and ambiance. Rose. Rabbit. Lie. hits the holy trinity of dining: delicious, imaginative, perfectly prepared and plated food; pleasant and intimate hospitality; and an engaging, lively, and cozy ambiance. This is the perfect spot for those for whom eating dinner is an outing and main event, not just sustenance to fuel or preface to an evening out. We had dinner reservations at 6:15 and were happily engaged by food, drink, music, showmanship and impeccable and polite service until our 9:30 pm show."

  • "This place was fantastic! My whole group had an amazing time! We got there early and had a drink in the bar. The drinks, while very expensive (even for Vegas) were beautful and intricate and the atmosphere was unmatched. Inside, our server seemed almost as if he were an actor in character, if not- he was VERY enthusiastic. We were able to share many small plates in order to get to try many items from the menu, all were great and beautifully displayed. We were entertained throughout dinner by small performances from the show taht we would attend after dinner. The highlight of dinner was absolutly dessert. We ordered a terrarum made entirely of chocolate and ice cream. It was so beautiful that we had to take many photos before eating it!"

  • "Is it dinner? Is it a show? Is it dinner and a show? Based on recent reviews and the R.R.L. website, I thought it was dinner and a show. At check-in, it was very disappointing that I would have to buy a ticket to see the show, but that I couldn't have dinner and see the show at the same time even if I bought a ticket. Baffling. On to dinner. Food: excellent. But you need to actually provide soup spoons to enjoy the soup, and I shoudn't have to ask three times. Soup was cold by the time I got a spoon. If you just go to see the show at 8 pm, you've got a smattering of an audience, which makes the whole experience odd. If you want to eat, then you see bits of a show before doors slide closed. The concept needs a lot of work."

  • "We had a great dining experience at Rose.Rabbit.Lie! We were seated immediately after arriving about 15 minutes early. The food and service were excellent; as well... the entertainment that made its way through throughout the evening. Three hours later... two very satisfied customers! I am not a dessert person, but the sundae was worth every penny... don't miss out on this one!"

  • "If you get the chance to catch dinner at this treasure, jump all over it!! Food was extraordinary, service great and the ambiance was perfect. We took in the show also and haven't had so much fun in years! Hooray for the concept!"

  • "This place is amazing! From all the different doors, to the tapas style dining, to the live entertainment!! We had incredible service and loved how the cocktails were inspired in the late 1800's to early 1900's. We will definitely be back and we will watch the show next time!"

  • "Originality to the maximum. I had read and did not understand exactly what it was, could not imagine. And it is really unimaginable. From the place, the decor, service, music and a mini show while having lunch. The food was excellent, the selection of 4 tapas was perfect. The delicious desserts. I recommend first have dinner and then the show."

  • "Unlike any other experience in Vegas! Outstanding service; delicious food. The COCKTAILS are unreal. We ordered one of the craft cocktails that came in a bottle you bring home with you. Don't remember what it was called but it was lavender colored and fantastic! One bottle was perfect for 2 people. Dress to impress! Buy tickets to the show (separate from the dinner) ahead of time. Once you get there and see the place, you'll regret not buying tickets!"

  • "Trying to figure out this restaurant/bar/club from the advt is complicated. But for our Anniversary and Wife's Bday celebration, it was perfect. Starting w/ dinner and having a wonderful time w/ the Sommelier picking out Champagnes, to a never ending stream of delicious tapas. and throughout, entertained by the bar action and eclectic entertainment. Then after dinner, we were escorted to the Club on the far, far side of the space where we giggled and enjoyed the craziness that is Vegas Nocturne. The rooms all have a great energy. It's a place where you can do "it all" as we did, or just have a fun dinner, have a fun drink or skip that and show up for the Show. Let's call it a buffet of entertainment offerings"

  • "It is hard to imagine a relatively original experience to Vegas dining considering the sheer volume of restaurants in the city but rose.rabbut.lie and Vegas Nocture manage to pull it off. It is partially fun and partially unsettling to not know what to expect. With that said, the food is good, drinks were excellent and service was superb. Ask to be seated in the music room or library for a better sense of the whole experience. Go see the show at least once, so you know what is going on in the other room. My husband and I were lucky enough to be selected by random for a semiprivate magic show by dr froto, who is quite a character."

  • "I took my husband here for his birthday on February 22nd, and we just had a great time! We started with dinner, which was excellent, and we were able to linger over it until our 10pm canto. We enjoyed the show so much! We then had arranged to stay for the midnight canto, and really enjoyed that show as well."

  • "Went here on Sunday night for dinner. We were looking for something different for dinner and found this. The food was great and when part of the show came into the dining room it was a blast. We had drinks in the bar before and they were fabulous!"

  • "This place is unlike any other anywhere. The best way to describe it is as an experience. A most go to for anyone interested in food, great drinks, a show or nightlife all in one."

  • "I'd say in 1,000 dining experiences, we've walked out 2 times. This was one of them. We were seated and handed menus. In about 3-5 min a server asked if we wanted to see a cocktail menu and brought one. We never saw him again over the next 10 minutes. The people next to us were waiting . . . . for a check? More food? Who knows? We never saw it arrive, nor did a server approach them. . It as also EXCEEDINGLY LOUD. I expect loud at dinner/theater. And it's Vegas after all. But this was SHRILL. The menu was not very interesting, either. Certainly not enough to keep us there in view of all of the above. As a courtesy I told a hostess we were leaving. I barely received acknowledgement, much less concern re why we were leaving. ."

  • "SKIP DINNER !...Unfriendly hostesses & what looked like a manager getting dressed in a hurry...) Refused to sit us in main dining room, told us seating had already been planned out!!! Had dinner in the bar area. Small overpriced food portions of which you will be instructed by server to order 4 per person! We requested food items to be served in a specific order...none of that happened. Food runner dropped food items we did not order, told us to talk to server which we could not find for long period of time. You will need to take out a second mortgage if you decide to order a bottle of wine. SHOW WAS FANTASTIC. Albeit for 5 Oz of pinot noir for only $24! Many great dining options within the Cosmo... don't waste your $$$ on food there."

  • "The entire experience is hard to define in words. As soon as you walk through the majestic doors it's almost as if going down the rabbit hole to where a wonderful experience awaits. The staff was amazing. The caviar tacos....delish! Loved the whole small plate offerings that were wonderful to share for the entire table. Their chef created wonderful dishes that complimented the entire experience. What awaited when the shows started is beyond description. What a wonderful talented group of performers. We will make sure that Rose.Rabbit.Lie is on our agenda in September."

  • "Great food. Calamari and lobster Newbery were outstanding. We were sat in the music room right next to the stage so wasn't awesome. The other rooms clearly had acts but we only got to see two during our two hour dinner. Our table was awkward especially when the show let out and people were standing & staring at us while we ate."

  • "This is one of the coolest places. There are character actors who periodically roam and/or pop out of hidden doors in the various themed rooms. The tapas styled food is eclectic and pricey, but surprisingly top notch. This is more than just a restaurant. It's an experience and would be great for a group."

  • "Pretty disappointed with this place. We had a 9pm reservation and were seated in the Study (without being asked where we'd like to sit). I liked the design of the room. Had an old world feel ..unique lighting, bookshelves with knick knacks, nice bar with vials and jars on it. When we were first greeted by our server and asked how the experiential part of the night happens at the venue, we were told that the study was the more chill part of the club. What we weren't told was that literally no performers would come in and do ANYTHING for the entire hour we spent in that room. I guess someone did hat tricks a little after we switched to the music lounge. This place is also crazy expensive with very small portions."

  • "Wow! Most fun we've had at a nightclub. Like entering a prohibition era speakeasy you are enveloped in a culture of small plates, amazing cocktails, and edgy cabaret vaudeville style circus acts. Memorable dishes (every dish unique) from the egg custard and truffle side served in an egg she'll on bed of salt to the dehydrated chocolate mousse and pudding experience. Vegas Nocturne show is excellent. Then performers pop in to restaurant randomly doing short table side acts. A scantily clad aerialist hangs upside down by the bar seeming to play poker with some upright cast members? Great vaudevillian band. Spend your whole night at this club!"

  • "We went for a bachelorette dinner for 8 girls, we had an amazing time! The whole experience is just indescribable. Food was so good; all plates come in small portions so you can order several things and share. Desserts are also great, excellent presentation. The place is so original, divided in 3 sections restaurant, bar and the main theater/club but you can actually see the performance from the restaurant or bar, is like you’re backstage and random people come out sometimes and sing or make some circus type performances. You definitely won’t get bored. I really recommend this place; you’ll have a great time & an amazing experience!"

  • "All of the previous complimentary reviews are spot on! The food, cocktails and vibe were spectacular! A must is to enjoy a cocktail after dinner in the study! A great way to end the evening!"

  • "This was our first trip to Rose.Rabbit.Lie. and it lived up to everything the Cosmopolitan is supposed to be (yes, everything, wink). The food is only a part of the experience but we're all sworn to secrecy so you'll just have to see it for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Remember: Just the right amount of wrong."

  • "As a Las Vegas local it's great to see a new restaurant with such a cool vibe and a fun eclectic menu. Food execution was flawless. Favorite dish had to be between the Rabbit Fricassée or the Caviar Flatbread. We had a party of 4 and ordered 10-12 dishes everything was great. We will definitely going back."

  • "What a disappointment - seated a table next to us and added a chair for very large man to sit blocking server path. Which provided is a continual bump in back as servers passed (no less then ten times with so much as an apology just a angry look at the man. Wine came and was clearly corked -- brown Pinot - which is after they did not have the one the waiter suggested. 20 minutes later resolved after someone verified. Our waiter was terrible and not just for us but the two tables next to us. We could overhear them complaining as well. It is a bummer as food was great and ambiance fun - like going to Disney on a rainy day. Don't go --too many good choices in Vegas!!"

  • "The food is tapas style - very small portions meant to be shared. The quality was good, but it was very expensive. The "back stage" show was interesting too - I actually liked it better than the actualy show. The show was bizarre and not really in a good way. They lost me with the gun in the puppy's mouth urging the audience member to pull the trigger. Very creative food - but I can't say I'll ever come back."

  • "I'm sure there are other places like this in the world, but I haven't found one. It is impossible to describe this place, the dinner and the show, and the way the staff is so organized and professional. If you seen all the regular shows, then go to this place. Dinner is like being part of a show."

  • "Dining at Rose Rabbit Lie is an experience to delight the senses. The staff is outstanding, the wax sealed menu is elegant, the embroidered napkins are a nice touch, the food is delicious, the entertainment is great, and the venue is fantastic. It's a must go and must experience. You can get out for $100 for dinner for two if you choose wisely and stay away from the drinks. This will in no way diminish your experience as everything on the menu is fantastic."

  • "Describing Rose.Rabbit.Lie can seem difficult at first. There is nothing traditional about this Alice in Wonderland meets Moulin Rouge restaurant/bar/circus/nightclub mashup. You could honestly spend an entire night here and you will run the gamut of food and entertainment. With all the performances going on it's easy to forget, or straight out miss the fact, that the food here is terrific. Modern takes on French classics, presented in a way that is designed to be shared, the food is bold and delicious. Wesley Holton is a smart and talented chef, and you should probably order two more dishes than you think you can eat, simply so you can sample more of his food. The sense of playfulness in the food only adds to the experience."
