I had heard that Rose.Rabbit.Lie. was top rated, but didn't really do a lot of research before booking my reservation. Thus, I was pleasantly surprised. It gives the vibe of a speak-easy Jazz club, with really excellent cuisine. Fantastic experience.

We looked up rose.rabbit.lie online and it gave the impression of a show style lounge with drinks and food offered. The video on their website and how it was promoted was not at all what it was. It was instead a sit down dinner restaurant where they have some people perform in the background throughout the evening while people dine. There was no performance in the hour we were there, and we had had dinner already, more so went to see entertainment while having drinks. The main room where the shows used to be was completely closed off. However the ambience and room was very cool, and menu sounded delicious.

Very tasty, beautifully presented food, tapas style. Every 30 minutes there is a 30 minute variety show with live band, singer, tap dancer and more! Really enjoyed our time and even loved the brussel sprouts. Interesting twists on classics such as oysters rockefeller and the short rib stroganoff. Loved the old time cocktails from recipe books from the 1940's. Would definitely go back again to delve deeper into the interesting menu. Lloyd was a fine server knew his menu and helpful as to selection.

Rose. Rabbit. Lie was pretty incredible. It has a speakeasy feel to it and the food and drink selections are superb. It is like seeing a show while having dinner while the show is on, so if you want a quiet romantic dinner this is not the place. If you want fun and great entertainment while enjoying a good meal then it is the place!

While the concept has changed since it opened (the overall experience is different now, and not necessarily better or worse), the food at RRL remains one of Las Vegas' great hidden gems. Every item on the "tapas-style-plus" menu (i.e., served to share and taste, but with portions larger than what I think most people will consider tapas-sized), is well-conceived and beautifully plated, and night to night, the quality is consistent (although I admit I haven't been on a weekend, when the restaurant can get packed). While the original entertainment associated with RRL worked with the quirky space and added to the overall experience, the new entertainment just isn't "edgy" enough, and seems thrown together without a consistent theme.

Four of us went there late on a Saturday night for dessert and cocktails. As you would expect, it was quite crowded and noisy, though the noise got a bit better after the lounge singer finished. The service was a bit slow, but acceptable considering how busy it was. The desserts we got were excellent and the portions were ample. Of the four mixed drinks we ordered, all but mine were extremely strong! Overall, we all enjoyed the restaurant and would like to try their normal dinner food.

Ok, had a group of 4 on saturday 9/20/14. The service was exceptionally poor. Initial server forgot about us as we sat for 20 min with no greeting at all. He showed up stuttering, I asked for a new server and it was better but then came the food. It was mediocre at best. Defiantly overpriced and underwhelming. All presentation and no substance. I ate at Giada and Cut the previous two nights and the service and food at Rose.Rabbit.lie was more comparable to to cafeteria food than to those outstanding restaurants. The only plus was the the entertainment was...entertaining.

ONE.OF.THE.BEST.DINING.EXPERIENCES.EVER. Highly recommend when you're in Vegas! An ultimate Vegas dining experience that you don't get anywhere else. Must try the one of the specialty drinks. Btw, desserts were just OK but that may be because we had to ordered ones that did not require a long time to prepare because we had to turn over our table.

We went to dinner here based on a recommendation by a friend for my 40th birthday. We did the small plates versus the feast as we had to accommodate vegetarian eaters etc The food was bursting with flavor and every dished that the group tried was pleasing. We had to try dessert because we were very pleased with the meal and we knew the dessert would be amazing. It was! I recommend the Black Forest Cherry Cake, it is not your typical slice of cake! The entertainment going on during dinner, makes this a fun place to dine. Very talented performers that made the dinner ever more memorable. The waiter was excellent. He took his time explaining everything and was patient. Very attentive! Will return next time in Vegas.

The food is unique and comes in small portions. Our server recommend we each order 3-4 plates to share. We weren't sure how much food would be enough, and so said we'd order some and then more if needed. Our server would not allow us to do that and wanted our complete order. Almost immediately after we ordered they began to bring our food. It was so rushed and chaotic. The experience of enjoying the food and ambiance were completely spoiled but the pace they set for us.

The food was very delish and entertaining in there own ways. It was a very shared experience that my friends and I greatly enjoyed as we sampled, we drank, and we had an enjoyable time. We went in there not knowing what to expect and came out with an experience we all enjoyed.

The advertising was a little over hyped, it really sets your expectations up for a unique entertainment experience, but at the end of the day, it's a great live band with a couple of interesting song and dance acts. Atmosphere was fun and tantalizingly sexy. It is not all about the food. Every detail was covered, from the engraving on the silverware to the drink glasses that swirl with a touch. The waiters are attentive and friendly, you feel like your in a movie set in the mid 30's or 40's. Dimly lit, seductive and just waiting for something to happen. And, then it does, the jazz band starts, the deep voiced singer starts belting out a classic, while a scantily dressed dancer sways from table to table. The food was great! Each plate had its own taste and lingered on your tongue for just a moment after you swallowed. From the eggs with truffle oil, to the wonderful oysters, to the decadent terrarium chocolate finish. The place is a delight!

The Rose.Rabbit.Lie was a total disappointment, since the beginning was a total let down. 1st we made reservations 2 days prior and when we arrived 10 minutes before our reservation time, the hostess had us waiting for almost one hour at the bar, she NEVER once checked with us or came to give us an update. All the other servers and bartenders were checking on us and we had to explained that we had a reservation and that we have been waiting all that time. We saw the hostess come in and out and never once checked up on us, we also noticed that she sat several other people who arrived after we did, that was so very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. The food was delicious but no one ever explained that it was TAPAS STYLE food.

What a disappointment. I organized a table of some friends from out of town. We were so looking forward to it...but the music was SO loud and they placed the 6 of us at such a large table we couldn't hear each other nor could I hear the waiter. Lip reading didn't even work. When we decided to leave before even ordering the waiter didn't seem surprised. We the went to absinthe later that night and felt gutted at how the venue had changed. Would have been great when Vegas nocturne was there..now its a tinnitus inducing jazz club. No thanks.

Wow, what an amazing place, it's like you are in a movie, the restaurant has a cool reception area and it looks like you are in just a nice beautifully decorated room from Alice and Wonderland is the feel, then a door opens and you enter a vibrant top atmosphere in Vegas. Amazing bar with lots of people and entertainment throughout, the tables and chairs are amazing, the silverware is etched with design, everything is top notch, the food, the service, the atmosphere. Note that where you seat is key for seeing the entertainment, pick the bar if you want to see everything, cheers!

More than dinner & drinks, this is an experience! The entertainment was different and wonderful, but the food was the real treasure. We shared several plates including the aptly named, heavenly eggs (to. die. for.), the oh so delicious crispy chicken, the delectable caviar tacos, oysters on the half shell with a trio of sauces (most notably, horseradish sorbet...wha?!), truly tasty crispy oysters Rockefeller and the bone marrow for which I can think of no appropriate descriptors to do it justice. As if this was not all wonderful enough, we topped the dinner off with the most ingenious dessert I have ever experienced, the chocolate terrarium. This is art. dessert. art! The textures and tastes where nothing short of captivating!

The name alone tells you this place is someplace different. Lots of energy here. Go early and sit at the bar and have a cocktail. Creative mixologists - take advantage of some of the creations. The food is tapas style. You probably need 3 per person, unless you are not very hungry. The foie gras was superb in a berry mixture sauce, flatbread was very good. Plenty of different items, and I suggest trying as many as you can! Music was great, a bit loud but this place is unique to Vegas.

Been here twice in the past month. The small plates have generally been terrific and innovative. The drinks including mocktails are fantastic. I feel very strongly that the chocolate terrarium is well worth it but the price for the bananas foster is ridiculous. The staff have all been very attentive and fun, the band also great. All in all I'd recommend it ut definitely skip the bananas foster and get the chocolate.

Arrived early so got a drink downstairs at Vedara. Was then told at restaurant we couldn't bring in outside drinks (even though they were from same hotel) so had to stand at entrance and finish. Got to observe others arrive and get turned away because they were wearing shorts, flips flops, rest or party had not arrived, etc. Seemed like the trend to see if you really wanted to get in or not. Once seated had 3 different people ask what kind of water we wanted. Recommend the mussels, foie gras, frog legs. Do not recommend Waldorf salad. Liked our waiter.

The food was excellent - tasty morsels all carefully prepared and elegantly presented. The duck confit pasta was very good, as was the braised short rib Stroganoff. The wine list is extensive; it will take at least ten minutes to peruse, and there are some real winners. Service was great, and we were not rushed out the door when done. There was a talented band the night we dined, with singers and dancers. The drinks are pricey, but that is not unusual in a cabaret setting.

Dinner was a definite miss for me. They NO LONGER HAVE THE SHOW next door. Its very loud. Service was just ok. I think because of the noise, it was difficult for the server to carry any sort of conversation so they didn't come around very often. The menu wasn't explained and there was no offering of the menu for restaurant week. I had to ask 2 people for it. Food was just ok, but it wasn't very memorable. Don't get the flatbread. Portions are very small. Our total bill for 2 people and only one glass of wine without dessert was $140. Not bad, but it wasn't a ton of food. They charged us for TAP water! Not a deal breaker, but the lack of transparency is. I can't recommend coming here.
