We specialize in kaiseki, Japanese traditional Prix fixe Course. Kaiseki course invariably includes an appetizer, a clear soup, sashimi, sushi, a grilled dish, a simmered dish, a steamed course and a dish with rice. It balances taste, texture and appearance of seasonal food culminating in delicately finished and stunningly presented dishes.
Our kaiseki courses are at $80, $120, $150, and $200 per person. Each course includes 7 to 9 courses depending on the price and can be paired with sake upon request. Continued
