"I have been to four locations of this restaurant. It is not your typical mexican restaurant. The food is fresh and eclectic. This location can be noisy and energetic especially on the weekends."

"Rosa is one of the very best features of the Staples Ctr area, with a kitchen that is every bit the equal of its Manhattan namesake, which we frequent when in NYC. The tableside guacamole is far above average, and the entrees consistently outstanding, especially the butterflied grilled fish and crab enchiladas. Cocktails are also made with care and precision Service is quick and attentive. A perfect spot prior to a downtown game or concert."

"We went to Rosa's before going to a Lakers game and it was wonderful. The food was excellent, the drinks were top quality and the service was second to none. I would definately recommend this place to anyone."

"The staff was efficient, helping each other out. The hostess thanked us for making a reservation. The restaurant was busy and booked to capacity. The food was very good, with some intresting dishes on the side. One of the signature items, the guacamole was prepared right in front of us. What a great way to start an evening."

"Rosa's has brought its beautiful look and upscale tone to downtown LA, where we have had so many excellent Mexican restaurants—and so many Mexican nationals—for so long that we have developed our own authentic Mexican regional cuisine. Can Rosa's impress such a clientèle? Yes, it can. Absolutely do have the guacamole—no fresh guacamole is ever bad, but Rosa's is wonderful, and served with handmade tortillas. Enjoy one of the many specialty Margaritas, or try one of the other tasty cocktails. The chef will offer daily creations which you should definitely consider, but so far I haven't found a regular offering that wasn't delicious. The portions are copious, and the service generally sincere. A very felicitous addition to LA Live!"
