The dining experience was perfect from the beginning to the end. The guacamole that is made at the table was outstanding. My family loved watching the guacamole being made at the table...added to the dinning experience. Our entree's were delicious as well...the fish and pork taco's, filet mignon entree's and a crab enchilada. The final course dessert was the icing on the cake for the meal. The homemade ice cream sampler was delicious along with the banana chocolate chip ice cream. But they took us right on time. The atmosphere was very busy but upbeat and energetic. Once we were seated upstairs the noise level came down to a very acceptable level and the great service started. Our reservation was a smart idea, since this remains a hot spot. Quacamole made to our liking at the table with refreshing specialty drinks began the lovely evening. The fish special drew our attention and it was cooked perfectly. If you're not a fan of hotter spices, they are happy to tone it down or put sauces on the side. The exotic variety of sorbets and ice creams was a light and tasty end to an excellent dinner. HOWEVER, they do have the best sangria and guacamole that I know! Go ahead and get a pitcher of the sangria (red). It is worth it! Rosa Mexicano is an extremely popular restaurant, so I also suggest making a reservation unless you want to wait.
