Just steps away from Lincoln Center, this impressive David Rockwell-designed space features a 30-foot iridescent blue tile water wall that spans both levels of the restaurant and is adorned with 240 miniature cliff divers.… Here you’ll also find a dramatic “floating” staircase made of orange and red terrazzo slabs and backlit panels behind the bar embedded with rose petals. "Service was very fast.... we had were headed to a show and wanted a slow meal so just sipped drinks after dinner, but if you want a slower meal order the guacamole it takes a while to eat and they make it table side. Everything was good but nothing was exceptional, very enjoyable and great place before heading to Lincoln Center Had lots a great drinks!"

"My daughter and I were very much in a time crunch having had the broadway show get out late and the bus leaving early. we were so pleased at the service, the relaxing atmosphere despite our rush. food was great, service excellent. we enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it to friends."

"It's in a great location and Lincoln Center patrons will always flock to a Mexican place for the exotic spices, party atmosphere and
sweet drinks. The problem is that what comes out of the kitchen is so often disappointing. With drinks (3 rounds), two appetizers and sharing one entree (not even the most expensive) the bill for two came to....drumroll...$133 including a double-the-tax tip. That's
just ridiculous for what you get: freshly-made-at-the-table guacamole is a nice touch; mezcal cocktail w. muddled mint and strawberries (from the maguey plant) is not -- it's smoked (that's OK) but it has a strange soapy, woody taste (that isn't). The main course, a pork shank was dry and tasted bland even with jalapenos, spinach + mushrooms."

"I have loved Rosa Mexicano for years, but this was my first visit to the Upper West Side location. It was everything I expected -- from guacamole-to-order tableside to the amazing crab empanadas and pulled chicken enchiladas. There is construction going on outside (will NYC ever be 'done'?!?) but even sitting at the window, we could not hear ANY of the noise. I would go back again-and-again."
