But with Mother's Day looming and my wife to be out of town on Mother's day, we decided to give it a try. Our waiter, Joey, did an excellent job all night. He recommended the orzo as a side dish. It was excellent. I had the Prix Fixe menu of 8oz filet, along with the house salad and the orzo. Everything was excellent! The Prix fixe includes a glass of wine too! Also, Joey pointed out that we got an extra 10% off with AC gaming card. I didn't have one with me, but the hostess took my drivers license and went and got one! Everyone from the hostess, to the manager, to the waiter, to the busboy make you feel welcome.
The calamari had just the right amount of crispness while being very tender and came with a tasty remoulade sauce. We loved one of the specialties of the house which is Osso Bucco on a bed of risotto-style orzo. Our favorite waiter, JP, recommended a Pinot Noir which went perfectly with the dinner.
