  • We had a great time!

This was our first visit to Rogue. It was a week night so it was not overly busy and the noise level was just right. Our server was Maxine, who was friendly and very attentive. The food took quite a while to appear but people at our table were happy with their choices. However, I ordered my salmon cooked through and it arrived quite dry, as was the halibut. Overall, I would definitely recommend Rogue, and we plan to return soon.

Came here for Valentine's Day, and the service was pretty good. Food was served efficiently, but it wasn't like it was reheated; everything tasted very good. My partner and I got the filet mignon and blackened steak, which came out nicely at medium rare. Their beer selection is actually quite large, with a good variety of craft breweries. However, for those that are craft beer enthusiasts, it may not provide the beer variety that you are looking for, as most are pale ales, lager or IPA.

The Broadway location is central for a group of us that come from various parts of greater Vancouver via public transit. But what really keeps us coming back is the good food at a reasonable price and the friendly staff. The Lobster Mac 'n Cheese is a personal favourite.

My whole real was destroyed simply by being served a glass of water with detergent still on the rim. The taste if detergent could not be cleared from my mouth throught the meal. There was no effort to make up for it other than a simple apologie and a fresh glass!

Great food, great drinks - loved the beer specials ( Kelowna brewed "winterale" i believe was amazing) - I ordered the lobster mac and cheese which was great! BF got a burger, but it was a standard burger nothing special - however it was still really good. It was new years when we went, we were seated right away

Loved the food - fabulous presentation and delicious - outstanding and the boothes were big and comfortable. Our waitress, Maxine was absolutely outstanding and the service impeccible. All of the staff were friendly without being overbearing and also the hostess was so warm and not snooty like some can be. I LOVED IT! Have already recommended it. It was a bit noisy but that was because there were two groups there that were having lots of fun.

Great drink specials and ambiance. I have loved just about everything on the menu, the only exception being this coconut chicken salad which came with mango but they forgot to put it in and even after they added it was just so bland, and the Wild BC Salmon burger which was also beyond bland despite the abundance of elements (tomato, lettuce, coleslaw, lemon aioli). Chicken sandwich is fantastic as are the items off the share menu and of course, the sushi bombs!

Had to have another taste of Angry Prawns. They are highly addictive. Great variety on the menu. Even gluten free options, really something for everyone. The halibut was moist and delicious and we shared the upside down apple pie with the best ice cream I've tasted in a while. Interesting craft beers, the wine list could use a bit of tweaking. It would be a great place to watch any sporting event, lots of well placed TV's If you are looking for a tasty casual meal, try Rogue.

The mac & chees with lobster was delicious but not filling enough. The apple pie in the same frying pan was the opposite; not so delicious but ridiculously huge. In fact, it was more filling than the mac & cheese! Our servers were especially patient, upbeat and fun. Enjoyable overall. Thanks.

We were a group of seniors and about-to-be seniors who wanted to try something out of our comfort zone and were extremely happy with the food and service at Rogue on West Broadway. We dined early (6:00 pm) on a Tuesday so the noise level was reasonable. We took public transit because the location was so close to the Canada Line. We're still talking about the Lobster Mac&Cheese - it was amazing. I'm sure later in the evening the noise level rises; the bar looked like a beer lover's dream and is sure to attract the younger set.

Getting a bit tired of the food at Cactus and Joey's, we decided to try Rogue. The drinks to start were really good, followed by very tasty appies and dinner. Out of the four of us, none were disappointed by our meals. The server was new but kept on top of everything, we never had to look for her. I would highly recommend this restaurant for foodies looking to switch things up. It was a really great spot to eat before the fireworks. Lots of parking and no hassle with the crowds.

Hi, The food at Rogue is very good. Fresh and the menu is great. The only negative I will mention is the noise level. I know measures have been taken to try to lesson the noise but it is still really noisy - even at lunchtime. I would not recommend Rogue to older people as the background noise makes it difficult to hear your table mates. Great place for the 30-40 age group if that is your target demograffic

I made the reservation online but got a message on my phone and had to call Rogue to confirm my reservation even after I got the confirmation of reservation email. Slightly annoying since the point of making a reservation online is to NOT have to call for the reservation. Drinks were great, but it took a while to get the first one or two. Good to go to once, but probably won't be back.

Food was okay, not great. Fish tacos did not impress, neither did the pizza. The salmon was dry and overcooked in the cobb salad. To be fair, the server was friendly, but a bit rough. No finesse. All the servers' overall appearance was sloppy. There was no uniform or dress code for them. Faded jeans and t-shirts are fine but not when you're a server at a restaurant. We will not return or recommend.

The decore was very refreshing, clean and up to date. Service was quick and pleasant, never rushed. The food was served very quickly. I had the Reuben and it was excellent, fresh and hot. The side of fries were OK, nothing out of the ordinary. My speciality ale hit the spot for drink, a very extensive menu of craft beers. Will highly recommend to all family and friends.
