The host staff was kind and flexible when we changed our reservation time and the food was outstanding! I especially loved the delicious variety of the appetizer basket and the tri tip beef - it was fork tender. I went home wishing for more of the warm bananas rolled in cinnamon and sugar. We went to celebrate our anniversary, knowing in advance it was expensive. We had great service, our waitress was very helpful, informative, very cheerful and accomodating, taking time to explain how the whole restaurant buffet worked, along with how the servers with the meat and skewers sort of just flittered about, making it to your table so long as you left the indicator green-side up and they'd stop when you turned it over, red-side up. Quite simple, unique, one of a kind system. We had a great evening, although I thought for the price we paid, it should have been a lot less din in the background, very noisey, but it wasn't the staff, it was the other customers.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMFun Authentic Exciting!My husband took me out to celebrate my birthday and celebrate we did! We had gone to a Brazilian Steakhouse in Miami and always wanted to try it again. We thought my birthday would be a great occasion to try. The wait staff and hostess were fantastic and described the system and restaurant very well. It was nearly 1/2 the price for dinner which was a nice surprise. I don't know if we had a lower caliber of meat choices at lunch, my husband was dissapointed he didn't get lamb. But, i was thrilled to try chicken heart along with the delicious sirloin. The service was a little slow but the ambiance was great and we parked right in front. The salad bar had a few too many choices, but then there were just as many choices for meat (or so it seemed)! I've gone to several others here and in Las Vegas...By far for the price it beats out Fago and Texas de Brazil. I also sign up for their email list and got a buy 1 get 1 free offer the other night, which ended up costing us ony about 16 bucks a piece for all you can eat me and salad bar. I mean let's be real, I'm not gonna fill up on the salad bar and other fillers, but I have to say I SOOOO luck their sides especially the sweet banana's. mmm..it's like caramelized flambe bananas..Yum. There garlic ribeye is Always a Hit and gets better everytime. Even their rattlesnake sausage was tasty, but I couldn't get past the psychological aspect of the snake....Worth every penny and then some!5/1/2013 12:00:00 AMI first experienced RodizioI first experienced Rodizio Grill The Brazilian Steakhouse,when they first opened many years ago in the Centennial area. Going again, after so many years have passed, I feel the food and staff remain extraordinary. It was mine and my husbands 10th wedding anniversary, with his first time experiencing Rodizio's. He is normally skeptical about new restaurants, but after the first few minutes in there he cannot wait to go again.
In addition, the prices are not overly expensive. I feel it appropriate for all the different types of meat, and other food you get when you choose the Full Rodizio option.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic food, great game optionsAs Brazilian Steakhouses go Rodizio is one of the best. This night in particular they had some intriguing options including Rattlesnake Sausage, Japanese Wild Boar, Buffalo chili, and Alligator. Neither the wife or I cared for the Alligator, a little to swampy tasting, but if a complaint about alligator is the only negative then you know it's good.
Gaucho's are friendly and always give a little extra if you ask, salad bar is so good its almost a shame to skimp on it to eat more meat, drinks are reasonably priced, and we never wait for a table.
Recommend to anyone in town looking for a good Brazilian style steakhouse. Oh yeah and my wife says she would spend the 37 on just a heaping portion of the glazed pineapple!4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMTracyMy fiance' and I went to celebrate our Birthday. His was 4/11 & mine was 4/2. We were delighted by the efficiency & flow of the staff. Some of the meat was either burnt or way too undercooked for our taste, but over all, it was good.
I made a suggestion for Lamb, but didn't know that that wasn't something they add to the menu when they have the wild meats night. We were told by one server that it it was by special order, which he would take care of. The second server countered that to say that lamb wouldn't happen, but was mistaken. I was impressed that he came back to clear it up, followed by the manager shortly thereafter. Impressive customer service! The drinks were a little inconsistent, but very good. And the delightful surprise was the food quality was outstanding! I have always felt like Brazilian BBQ was fun, but you paid a high price for less quality food- not the case. The meats were hot, flavorful and delicious and there was a large variety of steaks an wild game. They were absolutely wonderful to my small children (who ate for 5.99 and free). Somehow they struck the perfect balance between fun, classy, relaxing, and kid friendly without being obnoxious. They were absolutely generous in their portioning and someone was always at our table offering us more.
