Rock Center CafeWonderful brunch!I took my son for a Mother/son special outing to NYC celebrating his great year in school. He is 11. We both had great food and a wonderful service. The waiter was very nice and made my son feel comfortable in a "fancy" restaurant. We were able to eat outdoors and take photos in front of the the Rockefeller Center Fountain. We definitely have a wonderful memory of a fantastic day in NYC!6/9/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was greatThe food was excellent and abundant. The

It cost 160 (with the tip) for lunch at a cafe. We had a burger and a salad with a drink each and we shared an app. Thats over the top pricing even for touristy midtown. Nice outdoor space but be prepared for sticker shock.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMLunch was quintessential nycLunch was quintessential nyc experience. service 2was attentive and professional. foodwas wellprepared and plated beautifully. dinning room a bit cramped.. but not uncomfortable.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMgreat lunch.great, easy place for a quick lunch w a good vibe.4/29/2013 12:00:00 AMThe service was wonderfulThe service was wonderful and the food lovely the pre-fix menu was a life saver and over all a great time4/24/2013 12:00:00 AMComfortable dining business lunchAn elegant break from the office for lunch during the work week. Nice menu, reasonable prices, good service, very enjoyable view4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMOur first time in NYC wasOur first time in NYC was made special by Easter brunch at Rock Center Cafe. So special watching the skaters as we ate. BEST shrimp cocktail, attentive wait staff and relaxed festive atmosphere were well worth the price of the prix fixe Easter brunch.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Rock Center Cafe is aThe Rock Center Cafe is a very special spot with a very special view in NYC. That alone makes it a desirable place to have brunch, lunch or dinner. The service is wonderful, and the food is surprisingly good. It is just a shame that there aren't more vegetarian-friendly items on the menu. And if you are vegan, there is nothing on the menu for you except for an excellent green salad.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMReally enjoyed it good viewReally enjoyed it good view of the skating rink added some fun3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMTook my granddaughter here.Took my granddaughter here. The view of the skating rink and the comfort and ambiance of the restaurant were added pluses. I will dine there again.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMWas quite a nice restaurantWas quite a nice restaurant but once it was discovered we were there on a Dine/Skate package interest in us seemed to be lost, with it occasionally difficult to receive attention.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food at Rockefeller CenterExcellent food, with a picture window right on the Rockefeller Center ice skating rink. The service is most attentive. Highly recommend.3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMWe were a group of five celebratingWe were a group of five celebrating a Birthday, the food and service were excellent. We were never rushed even after we paid the bill we
sat for another 1/2 hour. Lovely restaurant, we will be back.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent menu and friendlyExcellent menu and friendly service make this a rewarding informal experience. New Yorkers can revel in the fresh, locally raised (or caught)) meat and fish preparations, while Turistas can enjoy the Rockefeller Center ambiance by merely looking out of the floor to ceiling windows.Try any of the seasonal daily specials and you can't go wrong.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMA must see restaurant in NYCThis restaurant was great. We had reservations and arrived a little early, they were very accommodating. We requested a window seat and that is what they gave us. We had seats directly on the ice skating rink. It was amazing to watch the ice skaters while we ate delicious food. The filet was excellent and the beans and sausage was amazing. Would definitely go back!!! Highly recommended.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat overall- celebration dinnerRock Center Cafe was a phenomenal choice to kick off a birthday trip to NYC. We went with the Dine Skate promotion, which included our 3 course meal and VIP tickets for skating at the Rockefeller rink. This was a great decision and well worth the price paid. Right from arrival, we were met with good service (not great- but good). The price fixed Dine Skate menu was great, with plenty of options, and everything tasted great (and came out in a timely manner.) The atmosphere was fantastic, quiet and romantic, with a beautiful view of the rink. Overall, the Rock Center Cafe was great, and well worth the money.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMsimply a wonderful lunch spotsimply a wonderful lunch spot with a front row seat to watch the skaters fall on ther keisters while you eat delicious food! What's not to love?? Get the crabcake. Mmmmm...3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat choice for business lunchThis is such a perfect place to have a business lunch with out-of-town folks who want to experience Rockefeller Plaza and the skating rink, etc. The service is excellent -- Attentive without being intrusive, and it's quiet enough to talk but noisy enough to not feel self-conscious of every word you say. We both had the Chicken Paillard and it was simple but delicious with a generous portion. It would be great for lunch with an old friend where you want to talk and catch up, too.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMdecent food not the best fordecent food not the best for NYC it is very nice to dine during the winter when the ice rink is open.2/9/2013 12:00:00 AMOur Server was AWESOME!Food was good, view of the rink was exxcellent and very festive but the highlight was a our Server!11/23/2012 12:00:00 AM
