In 2013, ROCCA begins their 9th year of delivering fresh, seasonal fare to North Jersey palates. Chef Craig Levy has always created unique dishes with the season's best ingredients, but for the last 3 years he has incorporated more and more items from organic,… local farms and purveyors. His depth of experience with the Farm-to-Table movement shows in the diverse, creative menu, upon which many items change weekly to reflect what is new and fresh.
