"We love this local place. The food is always very good and I like the ambiance. The only negative I have is that the service, while fairly efficient, is not very friendly. The waiters and service people who ask if you want cheese/pepper just aren't friendly. And if you don't want a wine refill, they are even less so! But overall, it's a great place. We keep saying we have to go for take out pizza too, but haven't yet done that. The pastas are really good, hearty food. The desserts look amazing. Definitely not for a diet but if you want comfort food, this is a great place."

"It's a nice enough place, nothing terrible, nothing great. Perhaps it's best attribute is the ambiance. It's a nicely lit, open floor plan with high ceilings, a fireplace, a view into the kitchen showing the wood burning brick oven. The bar is a large L with two big screen TVs. There is also some outdoor seating, the drawback there is it is immediately adjacent to the parking lot.

Our waitress was very good, coming over quickly to take our drink order, again coming promptly to get our food order, and frequently visiting us to check if everything was okay.

Our food was mostly good. The lobster bisque was much too salty and had very little lobster. My oven-roasted free range chicken was well prepared and flavorful, as was the broccoli r"

"My first time visiting this restaurant. Extensive menu, good food, fun atmosphere. Has the potential to be loud if seated in the bar area. A good choice if you are in the neighborhood, or an easy walk from the train station."

"Service was horribly slow and there wasn't that many other customers. Pizza crust was horribly flaccid for a "wood fired" pizza place. Steak sandwich was good, but small for the price."

"We have been here many times but on this visit the service was quite poor. As an example the entrees arrived 5 minutes after the appetizers and they began taking plates away before we were finished."
