The steaks are way better than anyone else in town... even better than the Ruth Chris that I visited on a business trip. The service is top notch, and the waitstaff actually remembers you and your preferences after a couple of visits (thanks, Jeff Fletcher!). The bar drinks are a tad pricey for my taste, but that's the "sin tax" in action for you.
Most nights they have live entertainment, a gentleman with an acoustic guitar and recored backup music. Just enough to add to the romantic atmosphere, not enough to overpower.

The food was great, only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that my wife's steak wasn't quite as hot as she expected. We think it might have been because the kitchen staff was waiting on her lobster tail to finish broiling. The lobster, by the way, was amazing. We had a different server this time and were afraid that the excellent service we had become accustomed to during our past visits might not be duplicated, but it was.
We enjoyed their "2 for 1" special, and you won't find anywhere else where you can have a fantastic (and large "king") cut of prime rib or steak for less than $18 (assuming you get the speical). This restaurant is very low key with a quiet atmosphere, service that is always excellent and food that is the best around.
Their bar service is also very fast and the prices are moderate, especially for considering the nice hotel they are located in.

We mentioned it go our server & he did not even comment. However we enjoyed the musician - he came to our table 4 deprecate times. We were trying to have conversation & he was interruptive.
