   Worst experience and service especially on a Mother’s Day. How for a 7:15 reservation are you out of half of your entree items and others as well? Makes no sense to be out of key/major entrees that early in dinner service. That aside, we had to wait at bar while our table was getting ready and just got stared at by someone who literally just cleaned glasses and never offered to take a drink order until we asked. Then we get seated and told half the menu isn’t available. Ok we’ll make best of it, order appetizer anyways. Appetizer comes but guess what, we still haven’t got utensils, napkins or water. We have to ask again for all three but from a different waiter. So we get water delivered but still no utensils. So now we are hand eating appetizers…..ask again for utensils and napkins, get brought back a fork and knife…what is going on????? By the time we get a napkin we’ve finished our cold appetizers, haven’t seen our original waiter still and are still completely perplexed at how 1/2 the menu isn’t available at 7:15 on Mothers Day. So we decide, for our first time ever, to leave before eating. We literally scan the QR code and our original waiter comes to our table finally. I just said sorry we’re going to go somewhere else since the mai items we wanted are all gone and the response? “It is what it is.” Wow….well not that my opinion matters but I’ll make sure if anyone asks this place isn’t someplace to go and that all the other restaurants on the River Walk have just as good of views with a lot better service. Worst night to have a restaurant ruin a special day

   It was a 4pm visit on Sunday Mothers Day. To my surprise not crazy busy. The food was just okay, but the chicken I will say was moist. Our sever did her best but the wait time of an hour and thirty minutes to be served our food was very disappointing. To the point, without asking, our appetizers were comped. Not a enjoyable visit at all.

   I came here for brunch expecting something special, especially at $75 per person—but unfortunately, it was a letdown. They only offered about five actual breakfast items, and the rest leaned heavily toward lunch fare, which felt misleading for a “brunch.” On top of that, several stations weren’t stocked, so we had to wait around just to get food—which kind of defeats the purpose of a buffet. The service itself was fine, but the overall experience didn’t come close to justifying the price. They should stick to their regular menu, because this brunch setup felt more like a money grab than a thoughtful dining experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it for brunch.

   Very underwhelming. For the price they charged, this was a slightly better continental breakfast buffet you’d find at any major chain hotel. What was so disappointed my is this is not the first time we’ve been here. It feels as if the restaurant has someone new in charge (that is totally ruining it) or they are a step away from closing their doors. Service was some of the worst we’ve experienced since early COVID days.

   We arrived and were seated. We were told right away that the bar was closing so we should order drinks. We asked for a tv to be changed for nba playoffs and it wasn’t received. Food was good. Service was fine but the vibe was bland.

    Food was very good. Server was wonderful. Enjoyed celebrating my wife’s birthday there.
