Rita's Kitchen at Camelback Inn, A J.W. Marriott Resortmother's day experienceI stay at hotels all over the country and hate the buffets that are offered. I have to admit that the food offered in the buffet was excellent. Everything was fresh and there were tons of options for my two young boys. My wife's omelette (made at the omelette station) was cooked and seasoned perfect. We were seated by french doors that had a beautiful view of Camelback Mountain, which made my wife's day. Overall the food and ambience were excellent for a 9 AM breakfast. The service was not as good as I would expect from a J.W. Much better than the Four Seasons (too expensive)and Lon's (food lacks).

Having previously enjoyed other Champagne Brunches, the best being at various Four Seasons we didn't expect this to compare - it did and was fabulous. The views, atmosphere, food, music and service were second to none. So good in fact we've booked again before we go home. on a vacation. The food is always tasty,innovative and fresh. The staff is trained to make the rounds of tables and chat with the guests. It is obvious that many people know the staff personally and there is an air of friendliness and familiarity of greetings.
