Tuscany is all about authentic Italian comfort flavors, superb, but affordable wines, and exceptional, engaging service.  All provided in a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests of any age, whether on business or pleasure, traveling alone or with family, are encouraged to share in a journey of Italian cuisine guided by an attentive service staff, using an array of menu combinations comprised of mouth-watering small plates, generous sharing dishes, and individual entrees.

We specialize in creating hand-crafted pizzas, pastas, and cheeses, as well as delightful house-made desserts prepared by the resort’s National Pastry Champions. Our seasonal menu focuses on locally grown produce and products, fresh from farms such as McClendon, Crow’s Dairy, and Queen Creek Olive Mill, as well as our very own organic herb garden.

  • " We ordered mussels and fried artichokes to start and were disappointed at the fact that the artichokes were soft and mushy instead of crispy and that there were a number of muscle shells that didn't have any muscles in them (which sucks because there wasn't a lot to begin with). Everything we ordered we have had there before and basically the the food went from amazing to sub par. We ordered shrimp short rib risotto and the shrimp came out raw in the middle. Instead of the server clearing the plate and bringing a new one. She had us scoop them into a bowl and then brought us new ones which is tacky to say the least. The server was non existent and every time we needed something we had to wave our waiter down. Our cookie came out lukewarm"

  • "As soon as the hot appetizers were placed on the table, Ants came out from everywhere. A Lot of ants. We told the waiter's assistant and we he saw all of the ants on the white table cloth he moved us right away. When we told the waiter when he came back to the new table the "second time"... All he said was "Oh" The Manager didn't say anything about it when he came to the table to ask about our food. I cant believe no one apologized!!! We also watched them reset that table for someone else. Pretty Gross.We are local, had high hopes and will not be back!"

  • "I guess we ordered wrong. the pizza was good but not any better. the pasta was doughy as if the water was not hot water. the sauce was dry so we added the garlic dipping sauce, much better. I had asked if the short ribs risotto was sweet as I do not care for sweet entrees, I was informed not it was not. well, it was and did not eat it, just was not good. I think they need to work on their menu. at this quality resort, I expect exceptional dining. Ate at the Roy's tge next night and I am never disappointed, east at Roy's until menu improves at Tuscany."

We were lucky enough to meet Chef Betheny and she was very nice. Our meal from the soups to the short ribs for my wife and the pork for me was amazing. We paired a great wine and had so much fun. The decadent desert (deep dish chocolate chip cookie with gelato) was a killer. The service was outstanding!! We highly recommend this restaurant whether you are staying here or not. We just loved it!"

  • "The food and service at this restaurant was very good. We attended on the evening of Valentines Day. We expected a more upscale experience. However, we were surrounded by many people in shorts and sandals. The lighting in the restaurant was very bright and a lot of the people were talking very loud. Overall, we would return to this restaurant, but probably not for a special occasion. Finally (and this is no fault of the restaurant's), the valet at the resort was full and we had to walk a very long distance to get to the public parking lot. It would have been nice if some type of golf cart shuttle was available."

Ended up getting some small plates and sharing them. Would go again but just for drinks and the atmosphere, not the food. Great service!!"

We spent an hour on the patio having a glass of wine while enjoying the fire pit and the beautiful scenery, followed by dinner at Tuscany. Our friends loved the food and the prices were very reasonable. We ordered the small plates, which allowed us to have room for delicious desserts."
