Established in 1995, located in Eagle-Vail halfway between Vail and Beaver. Featuring authentic northern Italian cuisine, served in an atmosphere reminiscent of little Ilaly. The dress code is casual however the fare is anything but. Featuring dishes such as Pasta Fritta, Insalata Griglia, Petti di… Pollo alle Fragole, and Risotto Pescatore. "Well-executed Italian for a very reasonable price in the Valley! Lots of small children around, but they were either all well-behaved or the tables they were seated at allowed both large groups, families, and couples to dine in peace. Comfortable, cozy, and unpretentious; we made our reservations ahead of time and were given an ideal table. Our water was always topped off and the bread was very warm. Tasty and satisfying entrees that you won't find at Olive Garden (veal sauteed w/ orange & celery, etc). Recommended if you're looking for local, good food but a night away from the expensive establishments."

"I remembered the restaurant fondly from 2008, but this time (2012) it was not as good. The service was slow and the waiter forgot to bring the appetizer until the entrees had been served. Two of us thought our food was good, but two in our party were not happy with theirs, particularly the gnocchi. The discounts on wine and salad/soup are nice, which helps counteract prices that seem too high overall."

"The warm and cozy ambiance reminded me of restaurants in NYC's Little Italy. The extensive Italian menu included many tempting options. We settled on lamb chops, veal marsala, and a pasta bolognese, each of which was superb. Chelsea, our waitress, was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, but never overbearing. We will definitely return to try some of the menu's other offerings the next time we are in the Vail area."

"Not sure why this place gets better reviews than I'm giving it. I'd say it's average Italian at best. The chef relies on cream to make up for the lack of other Italian flavors out there. And every meat dish is seerved over pasta. I would put this place in the category of Olive Garden with a sligjtly more original menu. I suspect the other reviewers have only eaten at Olive Garden."

"This was my first time tasting risotto and what a taste!. Popular chefs say risotto is hard to do right. This place does it right. Risotto al Granchio, lump crab with tomatoes, green onions, lemon zest, and white wine, was heavenly, comforting and just magical. Also, one of their specialties, was perfect, rich, Gnocchi Principessa. Taste to believe. The setting was perfectly italian, dark and romantic. You wouldn't believe the meals that come out of this place."

"My girlfriend and I have heard good things about Ti Amo and that it's really the only good thing about Eagle-Vail. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they were right! The Sea Bass special the night we were there was amazing, our server Chelsey could have been a little more attentive in her service skills but overall a fabulous experience! Great job guys!! ;)"

"The food at Ti Amo is very flavorful and they put a unique twist on some favorites (love the fried spinach leaves mixed in with the calamari). Very lively spot--it filled to capacity by the time we left! Definitely a throwback atmosphere, a very European feeling."

"We come to Beaver Creek two or three times a year and Ti Amo is a MUST on our list every time. The food is special. The veal dishes are exceptional and you simply won't find better italian cuisine in the Vail Valley. Go relax, enjoy and you'll go again and again."
