We were surprised by thelow quality of food in Vailso we made the short drive to Eagle Vail. The food that we were served was quite good. We ordered pasts entrees. The sauces were nicely cooked. The past was slightly overcooked (not al dente). We had the crepe for dessert which was delicious. The restaurant was packed. The hostess Megan is adorable and kept us informed. The food was delicious! I had the ravioli's and they were outstanding. My husband and I soaked up the left over sauce with bread because we didn't want it to go to waste. The involtino di pollo was unbelievable and the ravioli pescatore was excellent as well.
