We always love coming here. The food and service are good. A gem hidden in a strip mall!

Saturday (7/21/12) was my second visit to the restaurant. The place was empty and quiet at 6:30pm. There were 4 servers. Friendly and prompt. Food was good but no not great. I would say it was consistent in both quality and in delivery based on my two visits. I'm not wowed but I am glad that it's in the neighborhood.

The review about the interior looking like a Denny's was a little severe but it does need some work. What impressed me was the way the waiter reacted when my partner though the wine had turned. She handed it to me and I concurred that something was wrong. He didn't protest in the least and brought us another selection. This seems to logical but not always the way it works. The food was fine, not great but good. They were so charming that I'd go back to taste a few more dishes particularly given the lack of good options in this area.

My mother is a Tounge cancer survivor and has a diffucult time finding something she can eat when we go out, she always finds something at Due Rose. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. Not to mention the food is outstanding!

  • Good but pricey for some dishes.

Well-prepared food with the chef knowing how to make al dente pasta and grill a filet medium well. Some dishes overpriced....$12.00 for capalleni with marinara sauce???? But more elaborate dishes are not so overpriced. Attentive service.

The food is always delicious and comes out hot so it is not waiting in the kitchen. The servers are very attentive. This is one of our favorite restaurants!!
