We had a party of 9 for my daughter's 16th birthday. We had 2 kids that were 11, three 16 year olds and 4 adults. All of us thought it was great to watch the chef prepare and cook our dinner with the big bursts of fire and entertainment. He even flipped rice from his spatuala into each of our mouths. The meal was awesome!! This was my first experience at Riptide and I previously thought it was primarily a sushi restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the food was. The Orange Roughy, the vegetables and the shrimp were awesome! My husband had the Volcano and he said that was great as well.

We have been to Rip Tide in the past,and loved it! The only thing I missed was the entertainment, they use to offer brunch weekly and they had Hawaiian singers/dancers. It was quiet an experience! Now they only have brunch on special occasion. Other than that it was great.

Had reservations at 8:30 but didn't get seated till 9:00.Very loud with kids running around and throwing food. My kids were shocked at the behaviors which was dissruptive to our dinner (being pelted with food).

Great for large parties and just going with the family or date. We have been here many times and enjoyed the Teppan tables and sushi bar. Great bar scene and decor. They do accommodate large groups. Have been here on Girls Night many times. Music is a bit loud but energentic. Service is always great. Can be crowded on weekends so we always make a reservation on Open Table first.

Not very organized, we had a 6:30 reservation but were not seated till 7 pm. The lobby is over crowed and the restaurant is very noisy, but service was great once seated and the blackened Ahi was unusual and very good.

Went there twice on Sunday at 12:30 noon. First time, we sat at regular table and 2nd time, we sat at the Teppanyaki table. Foods are very good! Nice place to take kids out for a Sunday morning or afternoon either for brunch or lunch. Definitely would come back for the Sunday brunch.

This was our first time there and it was interesting at best. The place was loud and although I made reservations we still had to wait 15 minutes. The host finally told us that we could sit at the sushi bar if we preferred. Then they ran out of edamame! What Sushi restaurant runs our of that staple? It is like a Mexican restaurant running our of chips and salsa. Not really sure if we will venture back at this point.
If you do go, be prepared for a loud experience. It is very Vegas like and large groups everywhere.

Riptide is a Asian fusion restaurant with a energetic vibe combining Teppan grill with sushi and stir fry. I orderd a few sushi rolls: fitness roll, mardi gras roll and cajun roll which were quite tasty. My friends ordered stir fry from the wok grill which I was able to sample. Tasty!

Our reservation was for a large party. I had called 2 days in advance and had changed the time with the manager. When we arrived with a party of 14, they did not have that change. Table was not ready and they were very backed up getting parties seated. Seemed very disorganized. The kids had a fun time as it is a noisy hot-spot always buzzing with activity. Food choices are fun but pricey.
Waitress was good.
