Food specials are always very good and they were once again. They allow you to bring your own wine which is nice ($15 corkage fee). Bringing a really good wine to save the price of buying it at restaurant prices makes all the difference and worth it .

This is a great place for lunch or dinner with friends. Farm-to-table is all the rage right now, and Ricciuti's does not disappoint. The food is fresh, delicious, and seasonal. I get the feeling that most dishes are prepared to order, meaning the wait for your food might be a little longer than at a chain restaurant. Waitstaff is attentive, although our waiter was a tiny bit forgetful and we did have to remind him about a couple of drink orders. The only thing we ordered that we didn't all completely love was the chocolate pizza for dessert. It was just weird. Tasted a little like garlic, which isn't exactly what you want in a dessert. Standouts: Drink: Vanilla Old Fashioned Appetizer: Calamari Entree: Rockfish Dessert: Bread Pudding

Our first time to the restaurant. The food was good but not exceptional (my lasagna was overly stuffed with ricotta cheese and the vanilla ice cream was sort of dry). The young waiter was very nice but pretty disorganized. We thought we'd like to come back, but probably to try the outdoor area next summer - it looked like a nice space.

Ricciuti's is a great local restaurant that you can always count on to serve good, locally sourced and healthy food at a reasonable price. The fact that they make a point of using meats and vegetables locally and organically grown/raised speaks to their commitment to their community and their customers. The menu includes a range in both food type and price to satisfy a broad audience, from their brick-oven pizzas to higher-end options & great specials. The food is always well-prepared and tasty, creative enough to please the foodie but not off-putting to the less discerning palate. I've eaten here many times and never been disappointed. The wait staff is very friendly and the owner is always on hand to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ricciuti's was everything I hoped for...included plenty of Gluten Free options; food was delicious (used local products to create seasonal dish - sweet potato & black bean chili); ambiance was peaceful (even with several families around us). I look forward to returning!

I had booked the private room upstairs for our girl's night out dinner. Our best friend was turning 60 and we brought presents, and enjoyed the wine and great food. The private room seats four comfortably even though it seats six. It gave us room to open cards and presents and just relax!!!!!!!!!! It's our go to restaurant for a girl's night out in Olney. Booking it on Open Table made it very easy even though if I hadn't called back to reconfirm my reservation, the girl who answered the phone said I probably would not have gotten the private room which I requested. So that needs to be addressed. Other than that it was great.

This is a great place to eat. Everything we have tried has been great. But my wife and I have gotten hooked on the spinach ricotta lasagna. It is a generous serving and good eating. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. There always seems to be a number of regulars who know each other. Whenever we visit College Park we always take time to eat here at least once. It is always a pleasant time and good food. Now if I could just learn how to pronounce the name correctly.

We have had dinner many times at Ricciuti's and it has been excellent every tingle visit. The wait staff is young, cheerful, enthusiastic and efficient. The menu is imaginative and the specials change frequently. All of the food has always been prepared and presented superbly--from the simplest salad to the most complex entree. The setting is comfortable and usually quiet enough for easy conversation. Ricciuti's is one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in Olney and in fact compares well with any in Silver Spring.

We celebrated our anniversary with my parents at the restaurant. When we mentioned it was our anniversary the waitress went out of her way to present us with coffee mugs with locally made chocolate inside. It was a lovely and unexpected gesture! I should also mention the waitress was extremely helpful in finding us a table that was more comfortable, and the host also arranged for us to be able to be seated with my parents, who both use canes, without having to walk steps. The food was delicious, there were many great choices and we will definitely be back!

Once again Ricciuti"s provide a nice selection of salads, entrees, and wines to choose from. The Maryland field greens salad was delicious and almost big enough to share. The pasta special of the night was also very good. My wife had the gourmet macaroni and cheese which is always very good.

Our art group meets here every other month before our meeting - the group varies in size from 6 to 12. The staff is very pleasant and will provide separate checks. The menu is a bit expensive so some members may choose an appetizer and others a full meal. Sometimes the food is not served to everyone at the same time with delays up to 15 minutes. But generally, it is a good place for our group, right next door to our meeting place. And the food is usually delicious.

We really enjoyed our visit to Ricciuti's. We sat inside on the second floor and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. The menu had a wide selection and our server recommended his favorites. We tried the Veal Lasagna, Eggplant Parmesan, Meatloaf and Summer Salad. Everything was excellent. Nice to have someplace casual to go in the neighborhood.

Thanks for bringing back eggplant parmesan that my husband enjoys. The more vegetarian choices the better. All food good as usual, except the excellent vegetarian lasagna, had plain white flour noodles instead of the green vegetable (spinach?) noodles with which the lasagna had been baked for some weeks/months. Please restore the green noodles or even better, use whole wheat noodles (white flour being unhealthy).

I have been to Ricciuti's several times and have always found the food to be excellent, with lots of options starting with pizza and including well crafted specials. I had an excellent risotto for example, while my companion had a rockfish special that was really good. It's also the best atmosphere I Olney, very nice in an old allegedly haunted house rather than the usual shopping center locale.

The special menu item "Gratitude Pizza" is interesting, and quite healthy. The waiter told us the name is because "your body will be grateful that you ate the pizza." Clever. The body would be MORE grateful if the pizza crust were whole wheat flour instead of white flour. Just a thought.

This was our group of four first time at Ricciuti's and it was quite delightful. We had a gorgeous day and took advantage by sitting outside. Ordered calamari and house biscuits as appetizers. Bisquits were delicious, the calamari was fair. Seemed a bit over-fried, almost burnt. Not sure I would revisit that dish. The entrees were delicious!! I ordered the pork chop. Perhaps a bit over cooked for my taste (a proper knife would have helped), but very delicious flavors. My husband had the meatloaf. Personally, not my favorite dish, but this was very moist, and accompanying sauce was fantastic! All and all, great meals. Would definitely go back. Server was sweet, but could have been more attentive. Had to ask others for water and check.

We had one of the best family birthday experiences we've had anywhere recently at Riccuiti's. I had requested a somewhat private quiet table for our event but was pleasantly surprised when we were seated in a private room. The food was great, as was the waitress who happened to be the owner's daughter. Another pleasant surprise was finding out that we were there on half price wine night. The literal icing on the cake was allowing us to bring in our own birthday cake. Needless to say we will be returning to Riccuiti's again very soon. I just can't say enough good things about our experience. Go! You won't be disappointed.

This place can be hit or miss. Sometimes the menu options are great, sometimes not so great. The same with service. But if you hit this place on a good day, it is really worth it. My most recent visit it was a little off with both service, which seemed disorganized and with untrained staff, and with the menu, which didn't have great menu. I hope this place gets back on track soon.
