True Italian pizza, similar to the pizza they used to make at Ottimo (the classic one - we didn't try the Sicilian or palo pizza for two). Restaurant has a bright, cheerful and interestingly laid-out white interior. Friendly, good service. Not keen on their "diavolo" pizza, as the sopressata tasted odd, but the plain was good, and the arugula with bresaola. Should add a pizza with prosciutto to the menu (or as substitute for bresaola).

Salads were outstanding, the pizza was disappointing
The crust lacked the thinness and tensile strength created by combining OO flour with a high gluten flour
We were so hopeful that Ribalta would be a home run and a frequently visited after-yoga spot for dinner, but sadly that will not be the case

Ribalta was great! We loved the the Finochietta salad, the Bruschetta, and the Salina pizza. Also loved the ambiance, the brown leather chairs, & the pizza-wine pairings menu.
Would definitely come back for more!
