Rialto CafeThe turkey & arugula sandwhichThe turkey & arugula sandwhich was wonderful and the fries crisp, hot and delicious. We did have one issue with an overcooked burger, but the manager came right over, apologized and had a new, correctly cooked burger back to our table within a few minutes. He also took the burger off of our bill - that is good customer service! The food took a while to be served after we ordered and slow for a working lunch crowd, but all in all it we were happy with our lunch and will be back.5/15/2013 12:00:00 AMBrunch for a bunchGreat location and great restaurant overall. Service for a table of 8 for brunch was fast without being rushed. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Especially those with small children. Great variety of menu items and exellent food! We have been there for dinner to before seeing a show at the Performing Arts Complex which was also excellent.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMMother's DayWe went there for Monther's day brunch and it was excellent.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AM16th Street GemI remember when the department store, Joslin's, occupied Rialto's space. I've heard about Rialto, but never actually had the pleasure of dining there. I was pleased with the extensive menu choices and with the servers recommendations. I had the Ahi Tuna and my husband ate the New York steak - we were not disappointed with our choices. The Ahi Tuna was the best I've ever had. Our waiter, Ben, was awesome! His service, mannerisms, and knowledge of the menu put him above the rest. I won't hesitate recommending Rialto to anyone.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMSolid performer. The service and food have been great on every visit. It was a little louder this time than in the past but the bar area was also packed when we first arrived.5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent service and a veryExcellent service and a very good steak. The corn bread was really good and unique to Denver dining.5/2/2013 12:00:00 AMWe have dined at Rialto many,We have dined at Rialto many, many times before events at the DCPA and have never had anything but a memorable meal. We love the fact that they take reservations.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMFavorite 16th Street Mall BreakfastThis is my favorite breakfast place on the 16th Street Mall. I love their mimosa and bloody Mary bar and their complementary continental breakfast bar. The best meal I discovered on their menu is the Stacked Huevos! Awesome!4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food at the Rialto CafeThe food at the Rialto Cafe is typically upscale American. Everyone in our group was pleased with his or her meal. The food tasted very fresh, right off the grill or out of the fryer, etc. and whisked to the table Salads were exceptionally good. Meal presentations were appealing and appetizing. Maybe best of all was our server, Mary, who handled our ten-person group with ease. She was everywhere she needed to be when she was needed -- attentive, considerate, delightful. (I wish we had a Rialto Cafe in Colorado Springs!)4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMfood was very good not a goodfood was very good not a good value for the price paid. Nothing was included in the entre dinner. Everthing is extra. Service was outstanding. Bar scene was noisy and at times very irritating. I don't recommend this restaurant for a quiet, romantic dinner. I don't recommend this scene for senior citizens, because we are and don't like the noise from the younger generation. But, we have the money, and they usually don't.
We will return to Rialto on a week night and try it out.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMA great experienceNoteworthy food cooked to perfection. Server was attentive without hovering. We used a Groupon, and unlike in some other places, we still received great service after we let them know we had a discount. There was a bachelorette party in our section, but the server was still able to attend all his tables in a timely fashion. All in all a great experience.3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMCan't beat for a great meal!We were fortunate enough to have a great seat to start. The food was one of the best meals I've had in a long time [herb roasted pork chop] - and the sides were as great as the main course. I only wish I had had room for dessert! Cost was equally as great - Will definitely come back!!3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMVery good food. Pastry/fruitVery good food. Pastry/fruit bar included in the brunch prices.3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Food and Service. GreatGreat Food and Service. Got the filet, perfectly cooked.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMBrunch juice bar rocks!amazing juice bar for those that do not like their champagne with OJ. Extensive menu to please everyone. Excellent service. Definitely make reservations for sunday brunch - it gets crowded around 11am.3/24/2013 12:00:00 AMEnjoy the EveningWe had the BEST waiter in town...BEN...takes care of EVERYTHING, very attentive, friendly.
Great food and everyone gets what they want with such a variety.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Filet EVER!My husband and I came here on the recommendation of a friend of ours. I had the Filet Mignon and I must say it was the best Filet I think I have ever had! My husband had a cheese burger with french fries, and again, awesome fries, and he said the burger was "pretty darn good." Service was not the best, we only saw our waitress when she took our order, brought our check, and one other time. Maybe we didn't seem needy? But I did appreciate that she wasn't over our table every 2 minutes either. Regardless, we'll be back here again!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful Breakfast!First time eating breakfast at Rialto. Scheduled a breakfast meeting with staff and friends for a retirement event. Rialto meet all our needs for the event, but the food was a wonderful surprise - the Stacked Huevos was delicious! It's my new downtown breakfast place!2/28/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing awesomeness!Amazing! We are in love with this little quaint piece of heaven!
Try the ahi tuna or the pincatta chicken. I had the filet and it was
as good as I have ever had.
We will most definitely be back!2/22/2013 12:00:00 AMWe went for a pre-theaterWe went for a pre-theater dinner and even though it was packed, we were out in little over an hour. The house salad, cornbread, filet mignon are excellent. Great food and prices make it a good choice before the theater.2/9/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was our first time diningThis was our first time dining here and we used a Travel Zoo type of groupon which was a great deal. I had the special of the evening which was london broil, polenta cakes and lettuce. The meat was done perfectly but the polenta cakes were dry. My husband ordered the salmon and was cooked to perfection.
We will definitely return here in the near future. This restaurant is located on the 1st level of the Courtyard/Marriot hotel in downtown Denver on the 16th St mall. Summer would be a great outdoor dining experience as you are right on the mall!2/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat night outMy husband and I had a spectacular time!! Such great service and absolutely amazing food with wonderful flavored drinks! We will be back for sure.2/2/2013 12:00:00 AM
