Unfortunately despite knowing that we were coming, they ran out of food! No main courses were available. A simple phone call could have saved us from a colossal waste of time. I could see how it would have been nice if we could have eaten.

This type of restaurant should be for adult only. Kids in a restaurant always scream, run, move around, too excited. I was there to ha ve nice dinner with my boyfriend after a long day of work. Kids got McDonald to fool around. Also, a host is highly recommended. We arrive there with a reservation, a rope was closing the access. We wait there for awile until someone come see us. That guy didn't ask if we had a reservation. It was really expensive for what we got fir dinner. We asked for more bread and we are still waiting! After the family with the bunch of kids left, we were alone in the restaurant. That is when we asked for the bread. Too bad, it could have alop of potential.

Beaucoup de personnes entraient pour regarder le restaurant donc cela rendait l'ambiance moins intéressante. Le coût était très élevé pour ce que nous avons mangé. En bref, j'ai été un peu déçue.

This is my first time in a resto de Glace, to tell you the truth, I won't go everyday because first, I find it too expensive $200.00 for two, second I wasn't well prepared, so I was freezing while eating, and we had to rush to finish faster. But it was a good experience over all!

Amazing thrilling and chilling diner experience. Staff were friendly and attentive to customer's well being. Food was good and well presented. Prices reasonable for this unique experience! Need to experiment the same experience on the south shore of Mtl in 2014 :-)

It was a busy the day, we went (valentine's day evening) I don't think there was enough staff especially when u know how many people ur expecting (everyone reserves before coming...) Plus at the end they forgot to give us the free passes for the festival de neige de Montreal (it comes free when you have the supper menu which we had).... Other than that, I think it's a nice experience, something to try at least once in ur life.

it is a very interesting restaurant. it is not the kind that you should go to every week, but once or twice in a lifetime.i went on valentine's day with my bf and it was cool.the food was alright;there were only two choices on the menu because it was valentine's day, it would've been nice if there were at least 5 choices;the portions were also a tad small...since it is an igloo, you cant really stay there more then 2 hrs, but they do provide you with a blanket...i would recommend it to others, not because of their food but of the experience.

The food was good, it was a bit cold inside, but we were warned ahead of time to dress for the temperature, so it came as no surprise. The service was excellent with waiters and hosts coming around to offer blankets and to make sure we were well taken care of. Overall, a great experience, and something you have to try at least once.

The decor and the furniture are beautiful, it is a unique experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. Food-wise, it was good. The bacon was delicious and tender; although the pain perdu needed more maple syrup (barely had any) so that was disappointing. Portion was ok but on the small size I'd say. Price should be lowered. I was dressed as warmly as could be but by the end my feet were getting cold (not moving). Overall, it was a fun experience.

My wife wanted to go for her birthday, she wanted to live an experience. I asked two other couples to join us, they accepted. We saw the advertising in the local paper, we were expecting to have a blast but that didn't happen. To explain, we get in, the waiters are very nice but they don't seem to be very experienced... We are paying 70$ a cover after all. The food was very good but the portions were small. Futhermore, we couldn't take our choice of main course, we had to share within the couples the same course, but, when it came, it was good. The dessert was an apple compote with white chocolate bits, is was good but, we were hoping for more I guess. The clincher was the coffee served in plastic cup, stone cold... That did it... for 570$

Interesting concept but way too cold, it kills the experience. Also, the coffee and hot chocolate were of poor quality, considering the cold, should have offered also the option of cappuccino, etc. The food was decent, but 20$ is much or what is offered. Also, should have Amarula infused options or coffee, etc... Lacking in ambiance. To be improved...

The ice restaurant was certainly a memorable experience. The staff were very friendly and the food delicious but it was cold! I guess you can say what did we expect? It didn't seem that cold in the James Bond film with Halle Berry (world without end). Overall most enjoyable.

We did not stay for breakfast as it turned out the restaurant did not have a functioning cooking operation so our only choice was the panini and a salad, we were not impressed to pay 20 each for that. The resto was very cute and the people were very nice and understanding, however they mentioned that someone would call us to reschedule a reservation but no has yet.

We should have been told that they just received their liqueur licence. Considering that this was considered an expensive evening, every thing on the menu that we asked for, they did not have in stock. We also should have been told to dress as though we were staying outside. It was our first time to be in an igloo we were a little under dressed. The waitresses were very apologetic and as it was not their fault, they did their best. The experience was fun, interesting, cold, we would do it again , better dressed. I would ask if they have everything on the menu.
