Come enjoy flawlessly executed market cuisine at Resto Biarritz where the ingredients are locally sourced as much as possible. Stéphane Bouzaglou, who has worked with Daniel Boulud in NYC, has carefully devised a menu drawing inspiration from the tapas bar in Spain, the isakaya in Japan & the aperitivo in Italy, Biarritz offers a similar setting for communal dining, where friends and family can gather to share plates and a drink in a casual yet polished atmosphere.
